  1. Such a shame, that apparently countries are starting to become corrupt and are trying to control what their citizens think. But this goes far beyond that.
  2. Youtube is your friend, look up a guide on nextgenwalkthroughs.com, they'll help with the "bottleneck" spot(by that I mean the parallel hallways, and that part just sucks)
  3. I signed up a few days ago, and got a beta key. I actually like this, other than the occasional shot registry issue. And I think tanks are balanced. Not too easy or hard to kill, but you can take one out if you hit the same spot with a sticky grenade and two satchel charges, with the +explosive damage perk.
  4. I'll try the mod out, just give us a link.
  5. At this point, there isn't any proof that they do or don't exist. But Blue is right, it seems that most nutjobs are from this country.
  6. RSI

Never really had it, although I've had sore thumbs before, and those are annoying.
  7. Script kiddie is more or less the proper term. They use programs and don't understand how they work. A true hacker changes how programs work, whether it be good or bad. I won't go into detail though.

Forget dressing up, I'll be a mother [bleep]ing viking. I'll just grab my trusty battleaxe, helmet, tunic, and go to town, raiding people's candy supplies.
  9. That's not true for all parts of Africa. But even in the more poor regions, I would think it's better to starve at the age of 20 than to die of malaria at the age of 3. (More than 90% of malaria victims are kids < 4 years old) Well then, I stand corrected. It's such a shame these kinds of misfortunes, like malaria, have to happen. All we can do is do something about it.
  10. I personally donated about $10 to it, and it's nice that that many lives could be saved. It's kinda like a double-edged sword though, think about it, just because they're saved from malaria doesn't mean they wont starve at one point(I think they have a major food shortage over in Africa, correct me if I'm wrong)
  11. You'd think so,but you'd be wrong. Its actually:Vikings, discussion of vikings and viking porn. Aye, a small oversight on my part. The mention of vikings alone is sufficient. Referance to the "Ever caught them?" thread? :P Im still coming back to this forum because i love the community! Always when i begin browsing the internet when i start up the computer,i firtsly visit TIF :geek: You don't know the half of it. of the viking part or the ever caught them thread? ;'cause i stared the second ever caught them thread :P But still, the viking part went much further than that thread, trust me on this one.
  12. Which brings me back to my statement of the Hippocratic Oath needing a few revisions.

  15. Homecoming basically includes a football game (where your team is expected to win), a parade, some "dress-up" days at school, and a dance. The dance is semi-formal so it requires you to dress up a bit and bring a date (though some people choose to go alone). Or in my case, guys who can't get a date to save their life. Although I would've had the chance for once, but because my girlfriend's parents are [bleep]es, she can't go :S
  16. Mainly the people here, and the occasional topic to get my thoughts out. A good amount of people are mature and are actually smarter than some of the idiots that I go to school with. And one other reason: Vikings.
  17. It's their life, they have the right to decide what they want to do with it. If they had something that they aren't getting out of, and it will kill them or make them unhappy(late-stage cancer, as warrior said, vegetative state, a disease that will kill them and there's no way to save them, extremes like that) they should have the choice of just ending it right then and there, instead of having to suffer. A psychological examination would be so they can determine if they are thinking rationally or not. The Hippocratic Oath needs to be revised though.
  18. All of the FF's except for 12 are turn based... 12 is, to an extent, turn based, although some attacks can be dodged based on positioning. The ATB system is still there somewhat, just tweaked.
  19. I got a leaked demo somehow :S
  20. I never saw Jagex as that mature of a company. I know this is a fansite or all, but they aren't even close to other companies. All they've done are some small java games and one, larger, java game. And at that a java game that isn't even good, and one where they constantly screw out the customer in hopes for their battle against gold farmers. Yeah, doesn't seem very mature to me. That's why I left that game in the first place. And that's true, they always screw over the customer. They aren't even taking a proper approach to these problems anyhow.
  21. Superman 64 for the N64. That game is why you don't rush through the QA department.
  22. I wouldn't know what you like, so random suggestion of the day: Shinedown.
  23. Rain, maybe it's idealism that you see yourself trying to fit into that mold?
  24. Tropic Thunder, I could finally be bothered to watch, and omg, funny as hell.
