Fun is subjective. I do think it's pretty dumb to give yourself handicaps, but to each his own I suppose.
  3. Is it really considered the censor if you manually type in *'s? I think that's just another way of bypassing it. That being said, I don't agree with censors but I also wouldn't consider this a legit loophole.
  4. The environment is a part of nature. Usually the word "nature" implies anything outside the realm of humans. And even if we do cause extinctions, it doesn't cancel out the fact that trying to preserve them is a good thing. Like I said, we make the choice to preserve them. Quite agree with you on this. The more states that do this, the closer we get to losing the judgmental attitude that is so prevalent right now.
  5. It doesn't matter if it is our fault. We have the ability to protect them and we have the ability to make them extinct. This alone shows that we are superior and that being superior is not always a bad thing. That's all I was saying. Other animals cause other species to become extinct but you never see them try to help preserve them.

Haha, nostalgia. :D Haven't been looking forward to a Disney movie since I was 8. I'm gonna watch it with my girlfriend when it comes out. She likes Toy Story too.
  7. You're right, humans did make dodos extinct. My mistake. I'll edit that part out. There are still many species that have become extinct before humans even got here though.
  8. So we're responsible for dinosaurs being extinct? Extinction isn't some brand new thing that only exists because humans are here. I was making a point about how superiority isn't always a bad thing - you just chose to disregard it and bring something irrelevant up. If someone's missing a point here, it's definitely you. Plus you're pretty much admitting that we're superior by saying that we are the species responsible for endangering other animals. One more thing. We don't have to protect them - we choose to do so because we have morals and intelligence. If only one chicken was left on the planet and a hungry wolf saw it, do you honestly think he'd give a [cabbage]? No, humans are the only species that are superior enough to recognize an endangered species and to actually care about saving them.
  9. Sounds crazy enough to work. One girl in my class has something wrong with her inner ear and this one kid played the mosquito ring tone (the annoying buzz). She fainted from it. Sounds can effect you physically. Ever hear of crowd control sound guns? It's not the boobs that are supposed to be exposed to the sound - it's your brain.
  10. CKY - 96 Quite Bitter Beings Haven't head this song for years.
  11. They do have the right to do so, but if they are going for the flag then you can make the assumption that their intentions are to win the game. Which provides the greatest chance of winning? A level 80 with granite grabbing the flag or a level 120 with barrows?
  12. The attitude you are thinking of is indifference, not dominance. I am more superior than a baby but that doesn't mean that I don't care about a baby's health. It just simply means I am smarter, more fit, and more capable. That's all. We can actually use our superiority to help nature. For example, humans try to preserve endangered species all the time. Other animals do not possess the observational skills that we have to even recognize a species is endangered - let alone actually preserving them.
  13. Exactly. I don't need to be black to say that slavery was wrong. I don't even play RS anymore and I am opposed to the limit.

I don't really get that one. Human beings constantly recycle our cells, does that make us a different person?
  15. Science isn't the opposite of god. Science would be the opposite of religion. Saying that evolution starts with science doesn't really make much sense, since science is just our understanding of what is already out there in the universe. Whatever did start evolution would already be out there, if we understood it or not.
  16. Just because it's not the reason schools exist that doesn't make it completely fine to ban. And usually the hugs take place outside of class where you're not learning anything anyways.
