  1. They're good at getting masses of people to believe a particular thing or to feel a certain way. It's their strong point, that's all. This alone doesn't make them geniuses. You can't judge intelligence on one little factor. That being said, I don't even think it requires that much smarts to know what people want.

Crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and garlic salt. Crushed red pepper goes perfect with pizza.

Go and PvP then. It doesn't provide the same feeling as PVM though. This topic is about quests anyways. Oh and I wasn't saying that RS doesn't have any challenges - just that it doesn't have enough proportional to the amount of high levels that are out there.
  4. You guys act like the government never makes bad decisions. But I guess you could say that I act like the media never blows things out of proportion. You cry about derailing topics, egotistical battles, attempting to gain credibility, and detracting from the board and you're doing it 10 times worse than them. You're bringing up stuff from almost two years ago. Normally I'd insult you, but you're insulting yourself enough.

I agree. I think there should be more difficult/high-level content in general. I love boss fights and to be honest, the ones in RS were pretty disappointing. Prayer + Potions and you can take any of the quest bosses down in a jiffy. I also like puzzling dungeons, but the only one I can really think of that I liked was Underground Pass. Jagex, your community is maturing constantly. Give them a challenge!
  6. Wow, what's next? "I learned to roll joints before I learned to walk"?
  7. What can suck any worse than watching adults act like 8-year-old's? You mean "in between". :P
  8. Damn, then you're pretty good. I want to get all the weapons and armors though, not just the ultimate ones. The only RPG's I ever maxed out on was Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy 1. But I should at least get 12 and another one done this summer.
  9. Yeah, being a hypocrite is much better.
  10. Wow, that "unless" thing is blowing my mind. I think it can go both ways.
  11. It would probably be easier to list all the logical things in RS, but it's fun to bring attention to nonsense. : - When you get caught pickpocketing, they only hit you once and expect you to learn your lesson from that one hit. Then they go about like nothing ever happened. - Either you cook fish alive or they suddenly die as soon as you catch them. - When you die, all of your possessions fall off your body except for 3. - Certain people can remove your vocal cords for swearing but there is no consequence for killing millions of innocent men. - You can wear boots over your boots. - Iron is a better metal than Bronze. - The game is called Runescape which should mean Rune equipment would be the highest class of armor, but even granite beats it.

No, it was beef stew cooked on the stove top. I had a pretty strange day and I haven't been sleeping right though.

I had a pretty crazy nightmare that consisted of my house catching on fire, getting in a fight with some random kid for sticking up for my crippled friend, getting into legal trouble from a lunch lady, having my girlfriend ignore me and leave me, missing the bus during an extremely severe storm, seeing teachers drown in a huge puddle, and worst of all I was popular. :ohnoes:
  14. Wait, weren't you the one who disagreed with me when I said that on the suicide thread? I'm not trying to call you out or anything - just confused.
  15. What's your definition of maxing out? Oh and did you get the Ambrosia Rank for 12?
  16. I love Dali so I would usually give someone a 10 but seeing as that's his most popular painting, you only get a measly 9. Yes, they are pretty damn cheesy but I have an infatuation with analogies for some reason. :P
  17. Beavis and Butthead Ren and Stimpy The Simpsons Hey Arnold Rocko's Modern Life Doug Dragon Ball Z Seinfeld Roseanne The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Full House (Yeh, I know I know  )
  18. Just another case of the government sticking their nose in places where it doesn't belong. If you want to make IQ tests to see if someone is a fit parent, then why not IQ tests for cops, teachers, doctors, politicians or anyone else who has major responsibilities? I'd rather have a stupid parent that loved me be my guardian than a genius who I have no real emotional connection with. That emotional connection is far more important than intelligence when it comes to family relations. PS: I don't see why they didn't just make her have mandatory health checkups or something like that to ensure the mother's doing her job right and let her have custody. That's a lot more fair than assuming she's gonna neglect the baby or whatever they're assuming.

Yep, it gets the job done alright. Even when I'm feeling hopeless and think that smoking won't help, it does. Gee, I forget how many adolescent stoners are on TIF. Please don't make inferences about my character, soley from this statement. As long as you don't either. :)
