  1. If that's how you want to word it then be my guest. You're the only one who seems upset about it. Plus you're making extreme strawmans which don't address the point I've made at all. If you don't understand, here it is again: Jagex is changing BH to prevent RWT. Cops make drugs illegal to prevent drug abuse (overdose, addiction, giving up important things just for a drug, negatively effecting those around you). As unfair as it is, it's still the best [Read] decision to make. It's better than having RWT do what they wish and ruin the game, and it's better than allowing people with bright futures ahead of them to partake in drug abuse. (I don't fully agree with the war on drugs, but drugs such as heroin and coke should be banned completely.) Wow, what a mess. But since I'm a nice guy I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and address the point you are trying to make: 1.) Those two quotes from you contradict each other. You need to make up your mind and choose which one you're gonna stand beside. 2.) Durial was only one person. That's a very insignificant amount of people. Does that suggest Jagex shouldn't have fixed the POH bug? 3.) It's only a small scale problem at the moment, but you seem to be ignoring the big picture. What's going to happen if Jagex left this gaping hole open in BH for 3 years? It will get gradually worse. Commonsense says to fix a problem at it's root. At least change your title man. Jagex isn't trying to take away from our gameplay - they are trying to make it better by getting rid of RWT.
  2. Says the person who sent me flaming PM's and cried to a mod when I responded back. This makes you a double hypocrite. It's funny how you always initiate flamewars when you're the one who cries about them in the end. And at least I make relevant posts. How is being a hypocrite relevant to some people's actions causing innocent people to suffer? My point was that life isn't going to be fair in that context, so why should RS be an exception, but then you went on to call me a hypocrite. Now how about you answer my question. What is RWT a "scapegoat" for? PS: This whole debate is very suspicious in the first place. You guys sound like lawyers in a courtroom. You come in here with an unchangeable opinion then someone brings up a valid point but you avoid it and continue to say the same thing over and over again. So what is it that makes someone blindly defend a certain thing without using any type of rationalization skills? Someone who fights through emotion instead of logic? Maybe it's because you were a RWTer. It's the only possibility that seems to make sense at this point.
  3. By definition, killing means to cause the death of. How much of a cause it is can be up for debate, but it is still a cause resulting in your death.

Well, the game gets gradually easier as time goes and you have the knowledge you've acquired from the last time you played. So you can definitely do things at a faster pace. The problem is that everything isn't fresh and exciting anymore so sometimes you'll get bored along the way.
  6. ^^ Then a knife can't kill you. The loss of blood is what kills you.
  7. I agree. It would be nice, but GE has already helped us with trading enough. Incorporating GE into every bank would just make the game too simple.
  8. There are different ways for different styles of playing. Skillers probably have much different setups than PVPers or Minigamers.
  9. Yeah, what if a magnetic field pushes metal [bleep]es through you or something?
  10. That's honestly your main point? That's how life works!!! And how you think it's a "punishment" is beyond me. But even if it was, let's take a look at some things we have to deal with in life: 1. Drugs. Some people can and do use drugs responsibly, but the people who don't have ruined it for them. 2. Age limits. Some young people are mature and can handle things well such as voting, drinking, driving, going into office, etc. but the ones who don't handle them well ruin it for the rest. 3. Profiling. Cops and authority are trained to look for stereotypes which they assume will lead to a crime. "Group of teens playing their music loud? They must be having an illegal party! Let's get em boys!" Cops break in, finding out that the kids are doing nothing wrong. Kids don't get in trouble, but it's still unfair that they had to suffer just because there really are kids out there who play loud music while having illegal parties. I could go on and on about many aspects of life but I think I got my point across. Life isn't going to be 100% fair. There's nothing we can do about that. Honestly, that's like crying because there is death in the world. Yeah, it's tragic but what can you do? Crying about it is futile and only pisses other people off because we don't want to hear people moping around and crying when there's nothing that can be done about it. Do you ever stop to think why people tell you to get over it?

Don't get me wrong - I agree with Bluelancer because many of the adults at my school are power hungry and they don't deserve their position. I was just surprised that it was coming from him. :P One administrator went through all my paperwork and notes when I got in trouble for skipping. For every bad little thing she found in there (bad grades, rude drawings, notes from friends) she said, "Oh so this is what kind of person you are?" What a freak.
  13. I agree. The scientific process involves mimicking some sort of occurrence to see what happens and in what conditions to find out truth. People have theorized about how life has formed, but they haven't mimicked it yet. Just because your theory is compatible with there being no god doesn't mean it's true. That's only assuming god does not exist. The scientific process says that the less assumptions there are for a theory, the more simple and the more likely it is to be true. I got a question, and I don't necessarily agree with it's point but I'd like to see how some of you respond to it: If there are an infinite amount of causes for our universe, how does it exist right now? If you accept that there are illogical queer properties for the universe, then what makes you not accept the properties of a god?
  14. This is an illogical way of thinking. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Appeal_to_ridicule Couldn't one argue that since you are making logical fallacies that we shouldn't listen to a word coming out of your mouth? "You obviously don't know how to debate the proper way, so why are you blabbing on?" Now is that very fair? Now you're acknowledging how it's a widespread issue and that the only method of fixing the problem doesn't have to do with the time the loot is obtained - leaving only what sort of loot will be obtained (the method Jagex is presumably fixing it already). You're nitpicking frivolous technicalities and formulating "arguments" just because you don't like change. If you want to argue then do it, but do it without the ambiguity. Don't bring up irrelevant issues because they do very less than contribute to what you claim your overall point is.

  18. Of course it's possible but your main concern should be getting accepted. People can get picky when accepting members. If you were a level 130 leader, would you want a level 100 on your team, or would you think that they're just holding you back - especially when they could be replaced with another 130 or be a blank spot (more loot for the leader)? In other words: Try your best to impress.
  19. This seems borderline racist to me. You're not contributing much to the general problem of illegal immigrants - you're just getting individuals in trouble.
  20. Range for sure. The size of your team is dependent on your team though. They'll fight him once they're prepared so you don't have to worry - it will be their judgment. But to answer the question, I'd have about 7 or 8 people in the group at your level.
