Why? Because guns don't make the choice of killing people? Well neither does lightning! In lightning's case, there is no being capable of thought that's controlling it. So, lightning CAN kill people. A gun has to be activated by something else. But the definition of killing is to cause the death of - whether it's a living being doing it or even an inanimate object. The person and the gun are both to blame for killing because they are both causes of the death. That's the beauty of this thread. Anything can cause you to die.

Yeah, I didn't mention that I'm just talking about the kids I go to school with when it comes to that. I think it's strange though. I'd never imagine some of the more attractive girls to ever be turned on by the guys who don't put much effort in their appearance, but alas my little brother has had many admirers. :P They really seem to like the grunge - Kurt Cobain look over here.

Same here. And I got my taste from my dad. It's even started rubbing off on my mom and littler siblings.

I'm glad no one refers to me as a bloke. Anyways, I always thought the idea of changing dates was dumb. A big thing about specific dates is that they are traditional and an alteration would ruin that.

Just call him a hippie when he's getting on your nerves and move on. There's not much you can do to change a person's mind about music if they've already been exposed to it.

Generally speaking, what society and the law deems as wrong are things that have detrimental effects to others. Things that make the world a worse place to live in. I don't see how the fact that they disagree contributes anything towards their justification in doing said actions.
