  1. Pretty much everything we can see is matter. What in the world is fire though?
  2. Pretty much everything in the world when you're under the influence. The sky, the ocean, mirrors, music, other people, nature, time, dreams - all great things to ponder about. I love abstract thinking. Makes me go "WTF!!".
  3. Animals have gay sex too just for pleasure. Are they doing something wrong too? The thought of homosexuality turns me off... completely, but I still don't see how it harms you when other people do it.
  4. Yeah there's almost always a dark side to everything. That's how the world goes round. 8-) I used to like making stuff like those combo runes and junk.
  5. Bandos is by far my most favored way of making money. I got a hilt split twice - that's 10M in my pocket. :
  6. Yes, let's try again. Statement? You're going off on a tangent regarding things no one mentioned. It's a bit funny how you ask for a quote where you said homosexuality is wrong, even though almost every single one of your posts imply that. If you didn't think it's wrong, then you're on the wrong side of the argument pal. Yet you tell me that I made a statement that people are born gay... No, it was only implied, and by your own book, we're not allowed to make inferences. Yes it does. Good name you have there Sly Wizard. I will ask again, where is your proof that being gay is a choice? (Hint: Positive assertion) In fact, I believe I asked you the same question a few pages ago, and I was the first one to bring it up, making it impossible for you to use the "you're rewording and using semantics" card. What did you do? You stopped replying. You know you don't have any proof, and to avoid that, you just fling the burden of proof onto the other party when you get the chance. Tell me, do you have a How to Debate for Dummies book right next to you? You're the one bringing up semantics in the first place. You're telling me that the way in which I am arguing is the "incorrect" way, therefore my point is invalid. Sorry, but you just sound like a sore loser when you pull that. But we all have that ability don't we? Sly, your argument is invalid. There I said it. I guess that makes it true.

I've always wondered why we are bothered by that. And also why it doesn't really bother the person who is actually doing it.
  8. Well, the actual card games suck but I had a really fun time collecting Pokemon in Elementary School. Like everyone had a deck, and we would always compare. Those were the days. \

When people ask for help when they don't need it.
  10. Actually, it technically does Sly. I am asking you for your proof that being gay is a choice. That's a positive assertion just like saying people are born gay. I can just say the onus is on you to prove that gay people, indeed, choose to be gay. And to Reb: Yeah, that was the point I was trying to make. Sorry, I wasn't clear enough about that.
  11. Yeah, I heard the only bad thing about acid papers is the rat poisoning they put on them in order to keep the liquid from evaporating off the papers.
  12. Agreed. This is an online game. There should definitely be a monster so hard that it pisses everyone off. :)
  13. Weird, that's actually what I thought he meant when I first glanced at it.
  14. Worth the cost? I'd say up until about 80, and then every level after that is too expensive for what it's worth. I still want 99 Prayer though. And still, it's much cheaper than it was before the altars came out from the Construction update.
  15. most funny: Something TIF needs to work on. lol most helpful: Tripsis most honest: Lateralus most crazy: Silver Wits most argumentative tipiter: Ginger best over-all tipiter: Warri0r
  16. I really dislike when people do that. "My argument is right yours is wrong. Evidence? I don't need any! I'll just bring up the burden of proof card!" Hmm... How about trying to prove this since it's a positive assertion: Homosexuality is a choice. As opposed to the negative "homosexuality is not a choice"? See how easy it is to fling the burden of proof onto someone?
  17. 77 Smithing Dang, should have taken a pic. #-o This last page has been dull. lol
  18. where i live its a freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior thing :wall: Same here. At least with freshman it's sort of expected, but when I see kids my age do it... :? And it's not the actual jokes that are getting old though. It's the fact that so many people suck at it.

Well I agree on that. But it would be a really awesome tattoo if it looked good and had a meaning. By the way, most tattoos do have a meaning no matter what way you look at it. It shows your preferences and can reflect your personality. As for me, I'd want a meaningful one such as if one of my best friends or family members died, I'd get a tattoo in their memory.
  20. Haha, fits your siggy so well. "An achievement is an achievement, no matter how small." ;)
  21. Yes that's how the world is. Anything can be turned into a dirty joke. Just train yourself to be able to give a retort with equal or greater magnitude.

Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Who, Tool, and Nirvana.
  23. No, I actually agree. Syd's story stands out far more than Richard's. Maybe because of the songs written about him, or maybe how his mind turned into applesauce, but either way it just seemed more depressing.
  24. This is sad, but he left an impression on the world before he left. When it comes down to it, that's the only thing that matters in the end. His life is over, but his music will be on my MP3 player for years and years to come. Then I'll introduce my kids to Pink Floyd.
