Hawks

Star map is kind of done, I have one for the Northern Hemisphere in Spring and Summer. I've named some of the stars, if you have any ideas for other star names, I could definitely use them. I tried to draw some goblins, centuar, and a minotaur last night, and they didn't turn out so great... I was thinking some sort of very bright North Star. Some constalations (sp) are Archimage's Staff, Xewleehr's Sword, Hawk's Feather, Shield, Hunter, Bow, Arrow, Hut, Bucket, Dipper, Dragon, Demon, Dodo, Bird, and Ursa, after some of the creatures Xewleehr named. [hide=Hawkxs Story (In Character)] Well, Archimage said to write my story, so here goes... I, Hawkxs, (commonly known as Hawk) found myself in a bar one day. I think I helped create the bar, but more trustworthy sources (Archimage) say I didn't, and that I was drunk at the time. In the bar, I met Archimage and Xewleehr. We ventured away from the bar (which was in the middle of nowhere) and into the desert. We came to an oasis, and so we named our world, for if we hadn't found the oasis, we wouldn't be here right now. I built a small house with the help of Archimage and his glyphs, some of which I'm learning now. I have apparently mastered the magic language (or at least Archimage, who can't do anything with it, and Xewleehr, who's sword kind of guy say). So if you need help with it, come to me I guess. I reckon I've been around about twenty-six seasons, give or take... And my ears are kind of pointed, which makes Archimage say that's why I'm good at magic, both the language and the glyphs. I always wear my jester hat, even if I'm fighting a monster. I have an ankh that has 'grandfather' inscribed on the back of it. My eyes are purple, yet another possible sign of magic. My hair is a sandy brown, but I think if I lived in the north, it would be darker. I practice with my sword, Zarrlor, behind my house, attacking a dummy made for that purpose. I have a dark bow that I practice with too. I see myself as a jack-of-all-trades; I'm decent at magic, archery, and swordsmanship, and I read and write a lot. Most of Archimage's books have my illustrations in them. Mine do too. I have to say my favorite food is dragon cake, the recipe to which only I have. I've never killed a dragon, but I talk to them on a regular basis. You learn a lot from them. I guess I'm also our first astronomer. I study the planet's two moons and all the stars. I named most of the constalations (sp). In my spare time, I play sticks-and-rock with whoever will play. I usually watch the goal. I draw what I see, even if it's not very good. Zarrlor gets lots of use, but it's truely my pens and inks that get the most use. 'The pen is mightier than the sword,' they say. Wait. I'm confused... Questions: Have you finished this game yet? If you have, where can I find it? If you haven't you're planning on Summer '08, right? What program did you use, RPGMaker I heard you say? Where can I get it? Sorry...

Erm... I worked on this for about an hour, maybe? [hide=Village 1 Map] [/hide] [hide=Village 1 Map Rework] [/hide] I'm not sure what to make of it. It's not good at all... EDIT: I just noticed it says East to Village 2, when it really should say West to Village 2. :oops:

Okay I'm going to try to use the formula for points on my revised Round Table story: Total words: 2,014 Locations: About 6 (depends on how you count them) Characters: About 4 Quality: I'll give myself a 1 (2014/10)*(((6-3)*2)+((4-3)*2)*1)+100= (201.4)*(8)+100=1711.2 So rounded it would be 1711 points. Did I use the formula correctly?

That would be a cool little animation, but I don't know if Jagex could get that much detail. People might get mad because you're defacing remains or something weird like that... There might be some moral problems, I guess.

Does anyone know of a place to find RuneScape sheet music? I am particularly interested in "Undercurrent" and "Ground Scape", my two favorites, and I play Alto and Baritone Saxophone. (Of course, piano (key of C) music would work too, because I can always transpose!) Thanks in advance!!

This is a D&D-style RPG, set in my campaign of Alanmark. Please post here if you would like to play. For now, in this topic, I will accept up to ten players. What do you think are the best places to train a F2P ranger pure? I'm trying to get Ranged and Defense to 99. What's the best F2P gear for a ranger?

This is great, I totally support it, my brother plays f2p (as a mage) and would love new f2p robes/armor for mages. I have a combat character, whose magic is 13, and would still love new robes! What are the best places for a lower-level melee fighter to train? I need to get my attack to 40 to wield my rune pickaxe.

1. Mine rune essence in Varrock (have Aubury teleport you) until you have around 500 ess. 2. Sell almost instantly for 24-30gp each and get nearly 10k!!

Rubber chickens weren't dropped! I like the blurite sword, rubber chicken, and all the scimitars!

Fighter boots are WAY COOL, plus they give defense bonuses (that are more than leather boots, i think)

What's the best place to mine and then bank rune essence in F2P: Varrock or Wizard's Tower? (Is there another I forgot?)
