I don't think I could do thirty trips an hour, they might be more then two minutes, I think it is like 3 minutes a trip meaning 20*28 or 560 ess per hour but that might just be me.

yep if you want to train and get cosmics also there is a spawn in high wildy by the ice giants (u can get like 300 of them a trip.)

If your f2p.. gold mining is terrible. Smelting without thoose cool gloves don't get much xp (22 i think) and even though the guild is the best it is still a long ways from a bank. You could try fally and powermine iron while you wait for them to respon but i don't know much else.

Besides cursing, high alch steel plates which give 1.2k each. Okay if you made the bars yourself.
