The Withdraw-10 isnt a glitch, it changes to whatever number you withdrew with the previous item.

Well I created a new account just to do the new tutorial and at the end he mentions Falador sending help to slay the dragon. DS2 sounds VERY likely now...

As unlikely as it is, this could be a sticky like offering a gilded alter, etc.
