Evil: Choice or Instinct
If you say that if a person, left to raise themself will ultimately turn out selfish in their actions because of this inbuilt selfishness you must agree that this selfishness is ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åhuman nature̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ

Evil: Choice or Instinct
You are right, evil is a strong word. A better way to phrase it is that we would only make decisions based on what is beneficial to us, with no thought going to the experiences of others, if we were not taught right from wrong. We are a very self-indulgent species, even after we have been taught such principles regardless. It helps a lot, but even after people know the difference between right and wrong, some will still choose wrong because it benefits them. Otherwise we wouldn't have so much crime (by crime, I mean the full gamut from petty theft to tax evasion).

99 fishing to become common?
Your first assumption is a fallacy, as you have to spend time tracking down someone with enough feathers for you to buy. You would spend much less time just going to a shop now. And the second method is amazing, but if you want sheer "sit back and relax" fishing, Shilo is the best method. The barbarian fishing is very attention oriented if you want the fastest xp in the game.

Evil: Choice or Instinct
While the Bible may say that all humans are inheritantly evil...I have to agree. Take two children in an average middle class family. Teach one right from wrong, discipline him, etc. Let the other roam free like a wild animal, no teaching of manners or discipline. Who's going to turn out to be the better kid? The first one, of course. The point is, we have to be taught the difference from right and wrong. It's not instinct to know the difference. I have a few psychological and sociological details, but I won't bore you guys, since most seem to agree with me.

Ghosts
I was a complete skeptic until that babysitter video brought light to shed on the problem. I mean..wow..who wouldn't believe that? Ok, can we shut up about the video? You guys all fail at sarcasm, and the humour was lost after the very first post. It's not funny, and it's all spam.

Favorite Ties?
I have the entire Regis collection (monochromatic ties) and a few goofy ties. Not really any favorite. I just try to relate the situation I am wearing it for.

Ghosts
For those interested: http://theshadowlands.net/ghost/ Before someone makes a wise-guy comment about all the religious references to prayers on this site, David Julianos states "I don't really know if prayers work or not, but here's the deal: they don't hurt. The worst thing that could happen is the loss of 20 seconds of your time." Anyways, since Assassin brought up the haunting of family photos: [hide] Personal favorite Eeks! If this was a fake, it was a good one. Julianos has the original picture. The guy in the rear left was never there As you can see, he is translucent. The little girl in the center, there's a boy behind her that shouldn't be See the mirror in the left? Woman was not there (pictures of mirrors seem to be the best way to catch an apparition) To the right of the left suit of armor. Man and child in photo are child and his stepdad. The image of the mirror is claimed to be the deceased father of the child. [/hide] And I believe "orb" photos are just specs of dust.

Ghosts
I don't believe in out-of-body, psychics, and that sort of crap. That area of paranormal research is a joke. My statements are regarding "ghosts," not attention starved psychotic fools. I've actually been on a "ghost hunt" before. Most of the fun came from doing the research and interviews of locals. We were hunting a spirit called "La LLorona" (The Weeping Woman) in the El Paso area. We never tracked her down (her haunting grounds stretch a 300 mile area of the Rio Grande, after all) but we had a hell of a time hearing all sorts of folk tales and stories. My English professor at the time nearly fainted when I presented our research, as it was an amazing compilation of primary sources. Regardless of what you believe, just dismissing it isn't fun :P. Ghost hunting rocks. However, the crappy stories tick me off. (ie the ones kids tell each other that are replicated thousands of times in any city in the state).

Ghosts
While I haven't decided if I believe in ghosts or not, your information is a little flawed. According to leading parapsychologists, when someone dies with a large connection to this world (ie a large sum of money to a greedy person, guilt from a murderer, or love of a family from your average joe) an imprint of that person's pysche is left as an "echo" or "reflection." This is not a manifestation of the original person, but an afterthought. It's not really hard to believe, given the sheer potential of the human brain. Poltergeists are something entirely different. I personally believe that Satan is the king of this world, and that the world is his domain. Since Hell would be a part of that domain, some souls trapped there might reach out into our world to express anger or frustration, since they are stuck here for eternity. However, as I said, I don't really believe in ghosts. I do, however, believe in paranormal circumstances such as the imprinting as I stated above. It's easy to simply dismiss something because you haven't experienced it yourself, but serious research is being put into the paranormal. When I am bored, I like to go to http://www.shadowlands.net and figure out which stories are legitimate and which are bullcrap :P.

Hooray for macros?
We WANT that to happen. More money coming into the economy causes inflation.

Close Encounters With The Famous Kind.
Win.[/thread] Sadly, it was back in the mid 90's when he was having a lot of trouble with his cancer (ironically, T-Cell cancer) so he wasn't wearing any gold and looked considerably older than he does now. I should also mention that Chandra West stole my taxi in San Diego 4 years ago. I'd be offended, if she wasn't so hot. I mean, the queen of B-movies!

New Update - What some have failed to see
Now that runes cost more, people are still willing to pay for them with the demand they have for runes. With less bots auto-buying runes, players will have to buy them themselves, removing the money instead of moving it around. You failed to take into account profit the gold bots made.

New Update - What some have failed to see
You hit the nail on the head. Jagex has been trying to do this for YEARS and they finally found a good way to do it. Your idea with making rares rarer would only make the rich richer. The shop update is an equalizer. Same principle goes for the battlestaves, less cash coming in from hi-alchemy.

I'm an axe murdering Baby Raping pervert... apparently.
Just face it, you got suckered hardcore. The joke that the author was playing, you fell for with full force. Take your lickings and get up.

As I read more and more of that blog I was almost sure that it had to be some kind of parody/satire, glad to see someone else picked up on it. :P When it got to the de-motivation posters, a friend of mine said "I call 4chan" and it all came into perspective.

I hope you guys understand that whoever is writing these articles is NOT a "blogger for brownback" and the entire thing is a parody. Congratulations, you have been suckered. Carlin would be very proud of whoever wrote this website.

1 October 2007 - Behind the Scenes - October
Means something? Probably not. Apart from that, october looks ordinary. For the Halloween event, both grim reaper hood and boom got tied.. But, the hood got like 300 more votes >.> It means nothing except to say that the dungeon updates are not yet ready. They planned to release them back in August, but something came up.

ok guys...help me out here...(Poll done, answer posted)
It's obvious from your answers that you are not. You also don't study history because Afghanistan does not have large quantities of oil, it was just used as a refining nation by the Soviet Union. America has more than enough refineries as it is. There is an important pipeline that runs trough Afghanistan. The power is not in the pipelines (privately owned), the power is in the wells and heads. Afghanistan has horrible oil production. They receive very little money from oil flowing through their country, and the pipeline's only worth to Afghanistan is royalties, which as I said are not worth waging war over.

The natives were the ones rocketing HinD's and shooting Communists. The Arabs were the leadership caste that abandoned the native Mujhadeen when the war was over. The CIA and America retained the support of the natives. Yes, we did help them. By giving weapons to the natives, we were supporting the Arabs indirectly.

I have to disagree about your statement that the Mujhadeen gave rise to Al Queda, Necromagus. The Taliban was a group of wealthy men who funded the Mujhadeen rebellion in the 80's, and once the nation was theirs, they ousted numerous Mujhadeen chieftans in order to give power domination to themselves. The majority of the former Mujhadeen is now known as the Northern Alliance and supports Coalition forces in Afghanistan. Many of them have worked with Americans during the rebellion.

Really odd poll... 1. Because the government of Afghanistan, under the control of an extremist religious group known as the Taliban, was hiding Osama Bin Laden from international authority. It's also worth nothing that America did not invade alone, the Coalition invaded Afghanistan. 2. There are many different speculations, but let's leave it at "nobody really knows." Saddam Hussein was a supporter of Al Queda, and has been known to have WMD's in the past, so I guess a pre-emptive strike was made. 3. The U.S. Military and remaining Coalition forces are fighting insurgents who are being recruited and trained not only by Al Queda, but by radicals from Iran and other nations. The insurgents are fighting both Coalition Forces and all Iraqis who do not support them. 4. Osama Bin Laden is the leader of the terrorist group known as Al Queda, which is a branch of the militant Islamic extremists. He has claimed responsibility for the bombing of the USS Cole, attempted bombing of the WTC in 1993, the destruction of the WTC in 2001, the bombings of Madrid and London, in addition to many other attacks by terrorist groups worldwide. There is speculation as to if Bin Laden is alive, or was killed by US bombings and if there is a body double who has replaced him as the figurehead of Al Queda. Age: 20-30 Do I watch a lot of news: I read the newspaper every day, and the local news on television once or twice a week. I do not watch cable news.
