  1. Holy crap, speechless. The Wario part was kinda lame but the graphics on the rest were totally unexpected! And Snake in a Nintendo game? Wow, I was wishing for Sephiroth and Cloud to be in Melee and actually emailed the game developers who replied "We love the idea and have definatly attemped it, but its impossibly messy having a different company involved, even the basic question on who gets what royalties and such makes it to hard to implement" Anyway, wow way to go Nintendo! *applause* Metal Gear was on Nintendo. Cloud would not be in, Cecil or Terra would be.
  2. Roffle. I've been planning the exact same event for TET. I think Honest1 is spying on us in his retirement :P.
  3. i could shove that back in ur face, but i choose not to. Edit: im sure u could figure out what i would say on your own. I don't know what you mean. You can look it up yourself. Nintendo was founded in 1889, so i erred. They have been making games for 120 years. *117 if you want to be precise*.
  4. Where the heck do you get your information from? Surely not the Bible.
  5. The Wii has four GC controller ports :P.
  6. It should be noted saleswise, that Nintendo owns Sony. The Game Boy Advance has sold more units than the Sony Playstation 2. The Nintendo DS has double the sales of the PlayStation Portable. The GameCube has sold an equal amount of units as the X-Box. Nintendo's biggest hits are original titles, which means no loss of money to Nintendo aside from cartridge/disc printing. Sony and Microsoft are forced to rely on 3rd-Party games. Nintendo produces the majority of it's own popular franchises (Mario, Zelda, Metroid, etc) and still owns the rights of third-party developers that have moved on to Sony and Microsoft (ie GoldenEye/Donkey Kong from Rare and Final Fantasy from Squenix). Sony has been in existence for 50 years. Microsoft has been in existence for 25 years. Nintendo has been selling games for 125 years. Owned. *Ends fanboi raving*
  7. I am sticking with the Wii only. It's packed full of awesome features and FUN and UNIQUE gameplay, comes in one model/price, and still winds up being cheaper than the other two. Graphics be darned, I fun fun and innovation. I am sick of just mashing buttons. Not to mention, I could have some fun with my dad.
  8. That's going downhill. Nintendo is gradually buying the rights back for Final Fantasy. Note the GBA remakes of the N-Gen FF games? Nintendo still owns half the series, and the Crystal Chronicles series. In addition, they have secured the rights to Final Fantasy tactics. Speculators say that in 5 years, Final Fantasy will be mainstreaming with Nintendo again. That being said, the FF6 remake tech demo for the N64 beat the pants off of FF7 graphics-wise. The Final Fantasy team is regretting ditching Nintendo (because Nintendo stuck with cartridges) but now the playing field is even. Sony is losing the race, and Nintendo is winning back it's third-party developers.
  9. George W. Bush Republican Texas 50,460,110 47.9% Al Gore Democratic Tennessee 51,003,926 48.4% Clearly. The founding father's were smart and chose the Electoral process rather than majority rule. Otherwise, Bam Margera could run for President and have a decent chance.
  10. Oh, it should be noted that the PS3 controllers motion sensing technology is "Tilt" based only, comparable only to the Wii's left hand control. The Wii's primary controller (the remote) is still the most powerful motion-sensing unit available so far.
  11. Well, thanks for narrowing it down. When the Earth blows up, I don't think worrying about what caused it would be my biggest concern :P.
  12. Hah! Nintendo should have kept thier controller under wraps a little while longer. As always, Sony feeds off of Nintendo again.
  13. Thats pretty corny  It's a billion times better than the Microsoft presentation at last year's Game Developers Conference unveiling the XBox 360. "Surferchick99!" I love the new name, but I'll probably call it a Revolution in conversation. Not that Wii is bad, but I might confused friends/parents when using it in a sentence.
  14. It was too easy before, same as all of those items. As Paul once stated: "Would you guys be happy if I just put a lever in the game that gave you 99 in all skills?"
  15. Christ will come like a thief in the night, and the day and hour will not be known until it happens. Any other destruction of the Earth would be our own fault (nuclear war) or freak random chance with no set date (meteor or comet or whathaveyou). If your religion has another view on Amageddon, believe that.
  16. Ochre Snelm. And don't you ever doubt it.
  17. They've had better armor out for a year now. And personally, I think the barrows sets look better! :P
  18. The stereotype comes from the fact that fried chicken is very cheap and available to make, so impoverished families in the South from 1850's to 1950's usually had this if they were able to even eat meat. Kids grew up on it, and they eat it now. There's nothing really racist about it. And the phenomenon is not limited to only African Americans.
  19. It's in 37 minutes from this post exactly.
  20. I know how the oppositition feels, and you guys do want to have some fun or Dharoking. But when you do that, it takes away from other's fun. The LEAST I expect from people is to ask before they do it, and then to respect my wishes if I say no. And I support making the store area with the crafters multiway, and the rest of the pits single...a sort of compromise if you will.
  21. Last week. And two weeks before that. And two weeks before that...
  22. For almost a year now, players have made signifigant profit off of Tzhaar creatures in thier underground lair. They drop expensive items such as obsidian capes, mauls and shields. While this area is a mutlicombat zone, many players respect others and give eachother a wide berth...in non-peak hours. For example: Today, Laikrob and I have been fighting for drops for approximately 4 hours. We had a few kill stealers, but they would generally go away after a polite demand to stop. We were able to make much progress. However, when the peak hours began after schools let out, it seemed that scum started to pour into the pits. When at 2 we were alone, by 5.30 it seemed that the entire game was inside the pits. In addition, these players (most likely kids out of school) would attack without remorse our creatures or do it just for the sake of annoyance. It is very annoying when you are losing fish as a result of this chaos. But we must ask: "Why is the Tzhaar caves mutliway?" I don't have a good reason, and neither do others. There is no point for this area to be multiway, and it only provides an excuse and reason for KS'ers to rob us of our time, experience, money, and food. I ask of Tip.It to begin the chrusade to free this unique area from downfall: Let us petition JAGEX to make the entire common area of Tzhaar a single combat zone! After recieving customer feedback, Jagex was happy to change the wilderness areas, why not this? Please leave your name here if you agree with this proposition: Supporters of change: 1. Barihawk 2. Laikrob 3. Lord Soultar 4. Bob707 5. KingKong108 Those who fear change :P:
  23. Gimme a ring, I enjoy team based monsters.
  24. Try 70 years of oil worldwide, and rising consumption will make that number drop as time goes on. In addition, prices will skyrocket due to the high demand and low availability. Coal has a 1500 year supply now, but rising consumption will crap it out in 75 years. In essence, the youngin's are screwed, I will be 95 years old and not give a hoot.
