    8-) Cool man  8-) ...

Definitely. If I feel like getting up, then looking out the window and seeing all of that snow feels great too =P. Honestly though, is someone going to make a topic every time there is a snow day?
  3. Snickers one If you missed the commercials or want to see them again, you will love this (if you didn't catch them saying the URL during the superbowl): http://cbs.sportsline.com/nfl/postseason/superads
  4. Favorite commercial: "I think we just accidently kissed..." "Quick! Do something manly!" hahahah
  5. To all of you people who said "how could you not spot that?" (most of the people who posted on this thread other than the ones who were talking about him playing runescape), obviously you are either dumb, or you didn't read.

Some advice. Well it's obviously much easier said than done (I couldn't do it), but you really do need to work on your work ethic. Trust me, in highschool, you do not want to procrastinate. You will regret it during/after the application process for college. As for giving you advice about how to NOT procrastinate, I'm not really qualified to offer any so, sorry =P.
  7. Yea I'm definitely going to be way paranoid since I'm tall and skinny. Sounds like an interesting experience though xD. Glad you're (kind of?) better now =P.
  8. On AIM the screename I wanted, Aaronm14 was taken. I just find that kind of odd. I had to use Aaronm1420

Eh yea you're right, I can't lie. But you should learn to be confident in yourself without just making your body look good. You probably won't have that six-pack forever #-o
  10. kido14 replied to wakka102's topic in Off-Topic
If people pay more attention because you've got a better looking body, are they really people you want attention from? I know I'm making assumptions here but eh I'll shoot
  11. Best advice I can give is first of all make sure you're in a proper studying environment. You should probably be by yourself without any distractions around you. Driving out to Panera or another nice restaurant near by and just studying at one of the booths there works wonders for me.
  12. Riding a bike is usually helps me clear my head. Probably the most relaxing thing to me is looking at stars while listening to some music like Postal Service or Explosions in the Sky while laying down in a sleeping bag. Talk about relaxing. Definitely try it out.
  13. Asheville isn't ACC, but yea, I'm definitely an ACC guy. I think most of those schools you mentioned are pretty competitive schools to get into so I hope your grades are good =p ACC > Big East. At least in basketball =P.
  14. Well this picture describes my worst trait.[/img] A judge, because I'm too.. judgemental I guess would be the word. Actually I think critical might be a better word. At school I see people and judge them by how they look or a certain actions I witness. On these forums especially, I find people saying really dumb things and instead of ignoring it and moving on like a mature 17 year old, I call the person on it. I know it's not good but some people get on my nerves and I just want to express that. I'm supposed to be able to express my opinion on forums at least, right?
  15. Sorry but I don't think the letter would help out that much. The President probably won't actually read it, much less make a personal reponse to it. In my civics class, some people wrote him letters and he just gave them back an automated response letter. I think the President probably knows what's going on. Even if he wants to do something about it he probably can't because he has to take into consideration all of the people who are anti-World Police, as was proven on this topic earlier. As for the Darfur thing, we had a dodgeball tournament to raise money to save people in Darfur actually which was pretty cool. That's nice that you care this much for these people but honestly, I don't know if there is much you can do =\. I guess like Bubsa said, as long as you are increasing awareness you are helping out.
  16. I'm just saying his post was just as useless as mine was. His response could have easily been PMed to me as it wasn't relating to the topic (I know, I shouldn't be one to talk here). But I'll leave now because I'm afraid you're going to beat me up  Back to my original post, my school almost got closed due to a racial threat written in the bathrooms that was pretty serious. 15 cops and even more undercover cops were at the school (I went that day because I'm no pansy). Did even the thought of making a thread for this pass my mind? No. Would anyone have cared? No. I figure I can apply the same logic here.

I don't know much about it but you pretty much summed up what the weight lifting instructor guy at my school said. I guess it's basically all up to you whether you risk the chance that this stuff has any harmful long term effects. I personally wouldn't just to boost my self-esteem (assuming that's why you're doing it) and get a nice looking body.
  18. And yet you still manage to post in it's thread! Get outta here. At least my post somewhat relates to the thread. Honestly, what is the point of this topic?
  19. Great, another local news story that I care so much about!
  20. http://www.dictionary.com ?
  21. I'm just saying I haven't noticed as many funny/witty comments from you as I used to a few months ago. I'm not trying to flame you are anything.
  22. Like issy kind of said, you're kind one of the people who make people stereotype people as ignorant/hypocrites. I just wish people could understand not all Christians are like you. For example, Reb: Honestly that's not a good reason to leave Christianity. Just because some (or a lot) of "Christians" launch personal attacks on other people for their beliefs shouldn't change your view of religion. That's not what religion is all about. Religion, at least Christianity, is supposed to be based on FAITH. You don't need "proof." To break religion down into just things you can prove takes away the main concept of religion and that, like I said, is faith.
  23. My friend had one and he used to bring it over a lot. I have some fond memories of playing Crazy Taxi, Jet Grind, and especially Marvel Vs Capcom 2.
  24. How does that justify the use of the lamest joke/insult ever? Good game Flame :P . I wouldn't have made such a bold statement unless I looked it up just to make sure xD
