I remember this day 5 years ago.. I was in 7th grade, and I just got into my Social Studies teacher's classroom and she had the T.V. in the room on, so I was like SWEET! Turns out it wasn't so sweet, but I didn't REALLY know what was going on.. I just knew something bad happened. A plan had crashed into this really tall building. Moments later, (live by the way), the second plane comes flying in from the side of the screen and goes right into the second tower. It didn't mean a whole lot to me then. But that was 5 years ago. Now I'm 17, and I've been to Ground Zero twice when my youth group was at a missions trip in NYC. I've watched a few documentaries about 9/11, so now it's a touchy subject for me, and it actually means something to me now. What bothers me is something I heard about just over 50% of Americans in some poll believed that Bush was responsible for the whole thing. (IMO) Morons.

I was getting ready to say that. That's about when I quit playing pokemon games. IMO old-school pokemon is the best. The only bad thing was all of the talking that you had to go through was pretty annoying.

Not sure that this is supposed to be in off-topic, but... Pretty un-original no offense, like Ghost basically said already =\. Umm, that's all I really have to say about that. Oh and one more thing: Flash.

Here is what usually happens when I get overwhelmed: -I start worrying -Start listening to some music -Take a deep breath -Go for a short bike ride around my neighborhood. It's really easy to clear my head and think straight. -Finally, I have my religion. I just trust that God will take care of me, and I know I can dump my anxiety on Him, so that eases my mind almost completely. This is how I'm stress free almost all of the time, as cheesy as it may sound. Even if religion was abunch of bull (which I don't believe btw), it still helps me more than anything.

Same thing lol. My friends and I are going to watch a whole season in one day. As for the point of this topic, I'm not quite sure, because I'm pretty sure every single persong experiences this, not necessarily with television though. Maybe you should ask WHAT made people feel like this.

How do you suggest people do this though? I'm actually interested in what I can do to help defend my faith to the better, so if you have any good ideas PM me or something. But I've had a lot of debates about Christianity and religion, and I defend my faith to the best of my ability, but it usually isn't enough. I look things up on the internet, and sometimes that helps, but people have soooo many different theological views about certain things in the Bible, I have a hard time weeding out the good stuff from the bad stuff. I think in college, if there is one available, I would like to try to take some kind of apologetics class. Agreed. That and a lot of people think Christians are hypocrites. That's because they met a few like that, and labled all Christians to be the same, I think. I would get more in depth about this, but I think I would offend certain types of Christians.

I use it when I'm trying to DPS someone really quickly while I'm on the run, or if I'm fighting a warrior or someone that has a lot of armor because it negates armor I believe. This is from a PvP standpoint though, WSG specifically. As for the new patch: Eh good concept. I think pretty much half of the people love it (low pop servers), and the other half hate it because of longer queue times. I personally like the shorter queue times, but I kind of miss building up rivalries between certain people or guilds. Also, if I make friends with a fellow alliance that's on another server, I can't talk to them once the game is over =\. Just so you know, I'm in Battlegroup 9. I'm a 29 NE Hunter and I play on Frostmane. I currently sit at 1.8k hp unbuffed and use ironweaver as my gun and my highest crit is about 639 without zerker buff. Yea, I'm kind of twinked, but I don't have like dual crusader or librams or anything like that. No weapon enchants, just hp/sta/agi enchants on my gear. Oh, and I'm 7k from revered with silverwing I think.

I *kinda* know how you feel. This guy that I've known since I was a kid that goes to my church I think got a nearly perfect SAT score (I think he missed out on a few points on the essay, so he would have had a perfect score on the old one). He was really humble about it, and when I first asked him he wouldn't tell me, so his brother did =D. Anyways, a perfect score on the ACT and SAT is pretty freaking impressive \

I definitely agree here. What would your girlfriend think if she knew you had to ask some random people on an online forum for advice? I *think* she would like what YOU came up with ON YOUR OWN. Plus if she likes whatever you decide to pull off, it's not really you she likes for the idea.. catch my drift? I'm not speaking from experience, but a girl would probably like whatever came from you, especially beccause you know her best not random people on the forum... It's almost ironic that you're getting "romantic" advice on forums. I'm not sure if that made any sense but whatever. I think I just repeated what Astralinre said, but oh well =(. Btw, monpoly is AWESOMEEEE, but I don't know how good of a game it would make to play with you girlfriend, as it can get personal sometimes =D. Anyways, please hit us with an update!

Bleh, I don't hold a very high opinion of "body builders," if anyone cares about my opinion. I think most of them do it for the wrong reasons. I think a lot of them feel insecure about themselves and turn to weight lifting to boost their self confidence. I'm not saying lifting weights is bad.. In fact, I think it's good but if you are doing it just to be admired by your peers, especially girls, that just shows weakness. I especially hate people that brag about how much they can bench mainly because every day at school I would hear the football players going "You dude, how much can you bench? 150? Haha, I remember when I was only able to do that. Now I can do 225 8-)." BAH, so lame. Anyways I hope by bodybuilding you don't mean going to the point those guys on T.V. go. That is just DISGUSTING :-# . Sorry if this was off topic, I just wanted to express my opinion about this. I don't mean to flame anyone, in case someone takes it that way.

Long hair like down to the shoulders so it's girlish I don't like (yea I'm a guy.. I'm just saying). Really short hair on girls I don't like either. Oh and long hair like halfway down their backs I usually don't like too much either.

Uhhh :-w :-# :ohnoes: . I never shop for clothes. I just wear the ones I have. My mom tells me I need new clothes sometimes, but she knows I would never go shopping for them so she usually just buys me some random shirts, which I wear. I personally don't care about my appearance THAT much. I'm proud to say I've never owned clothes from any of those places like Abercrombie where you can get the same pants for 1/100th of the price. Oh and while I'm at it, I just want to say how much I hate those jeans the popular people always buy that already have holes in them. How lame! I wear decent clothes, bow ties even at times =D, just not this brand name crap from abercrombie where you pay 100 bucks for a measly pair of jeans with holes in them. One thing I don't mind "shopping" for is like.. toys, games, things of that nature :o

Sorry to "hijack" your thread again, but can you explain, or point me in the direction of a site that explains how for "bike newbies"? I read the one on the Ken Keifer(sp) site you linked which is really cool by the way, but I couldn't understand as he was using termonology I didn't quite get. Thanks in advance, and grats on the new bike =D> . Your thread which lead me to the Ken Keifer website has inspired me to get out more than ride my bike though I'm still uncomfortable riding on roads outside neighborhoods that actually have traffic and cars moving at a fast pace. My friend and I went exploring on our bikes which was fun and on our way back home we found ourselves on a busy road where the speed limit is 45 mph. Since it would take us forever to back-track, we decided to go for it. It went okay, but it was pretty scary having cars only a couple yards away from you to your left and (sometimes) a dangerous shoulder that kind of drops off into the grass (know what I mean? Where they don't pave the aspalt so it is a smooth transition into the grass). Oh and plus we didn't have helmets because well.. I'm trying to think of a good reason lol.. They're really uncomfortable especially on hot days, and the one I have may or may not fit (I have yet to try to ride with it on =().

That doesn't make any sense... Maybe you meant you can't get enough of looking at girl pixels? Might just be me, but like I said, that doesn't make sense. On RSC, when legends was actually hard (in addition to being a pain like how it is on RS2), the lowest I was was a 76, I think.

If your school has one, I would strongly recommend joining a club like the one we have here, called Crosby Scholars. Basically they just help you out with your college stuff, and tell you everything you need to know every step of the way. It's a pain a lot of the times to go to all of the meetings, but they are usually beneficial if you pay attention.

Did you just not know your toe was that bad, or are you just stupid lol #-o . If I had something like that I'm pretty sure I would tell someone. That looks really painful. I hope you get well soon =). Btw, does anyone feel like giving me a brief description of an in-grown toenail? I don't care to look it up =D.

I play Dawn of War too some, though not too often any more. I pretty much suck. Spore isn't an RTS is it?

I know this is a little old but Dragons don't have godly mage def. Atleast not blues.. I can kill a blue with an average of about 16 fire bolts.

Add me if you play on Azeroth East-- Aaronm14 I used to be the king at Reign of Chaos. I won all Hero Line Wars and LTW7's I played. But now that I have TFT, my top 5 (in no order): 1. LTW 2. HLW 3. Any TD's where you go against other players (like WMW) 4. Certain versions of HW 5. Certain single player TD's. (Team ones are lame because if you get a crappy teamate you usually lose).

If you want to get into a good college, yea. Unless your grades more than make up for it. Colleges look for well rounded students, not just book smart students.

Hey just so you know I unsubscribed from RS. I have 16 days members left. Wanted to spend less time on the computer. It's ironic though because my brother convinced me to start playing WoW again. I'm only going to do Battlegrounds though so I'm not going to spend much time on it. I'll talk to you on AIM tomorrow. I might still play RS a little bit though. *Free bump*

That's cool that you guys were able to stay true to your morals(or so it sounds). =D> Good for you. I haven't had a serious one yet. I just haven't found the right girl for me yet. I turned 17 over the summer, and still haven't had a real relationship yet, but I'm fine with that. I would rather wait for the right person, rather than just dating whoever I think looks good and has a decent personality. I may have my expectations set high, but whatever. I'm excited for college next year because I will have a great opportunity to meet a lot of new people, and maybe that will be my break. Who knows. Instead of making a new post, I'll just edit this in reaponse to what Lion said: I agree with what you said. I don't think tongue should considered a real kiss. My friend even said him and his girlfriend (or is it his girlfriend and he? Lol, grammar FTL) don't like tongue much. If you ask me, tongue seems to be more of a... well I can't think of the right word to use here, but shallow people that have a new partner every week at my school seem to like to use tongue in public a lot more than people that are in a real relationship, if that made any sense at all.
