  1. My main was a warlock when I played. The biggest problem I have with them is that Blizzard made locks to be a "debuffing" class, yet we aren't at all. We have Curse of Weakness, which barely helps anything, other than hunter's pets. Warlocks are like Necros on EQ IMO (well obviously). But I don't mean that they are both "masters of undead." I mean they are both pretty hard to play, but once you get it down, you can own a lot of people. Also, both classes are good at soloing. If you want to solo, you would want to invest your points mostly in affliction. It's pretty nice for PvP too. If you want to play your warlock to outlive your opponent and be hard to kill (pretty good in group PvP), go down the demonology tree. If you want to be like a mage and nuke for large amounts (not so good in group PvP), go down the construction tree.
  2. That is one crazy goal! Best of luck to you, but I think fire bolting steel or blue drags would be better/quicker money and xp ;) . Maybe you should post how much xp per hour and the amount of runes per hour you used, and maybe your drops for the day? Just a suggestion.. That might be a pain. Btw, you should get your mining up \ . Oh, and I guess getting 80 range didn't work out eh #-o .
  3. It might be a little more useful if there wasn't already Dharok's axe, which I think is better than D2H even without the set effect, but I'm not sure. Plus, axe is more affordable. And anyone that is going to use either of these is *probably* going to have 70+atk and str. I love how Jagex keeps introducing new crap without fixing the old, broken crap. Way to go Jagex.
  4. Yea, you ought to credit the idea to the red paper clip guy. The link is: http://oneredpaperclip.blogspot.com/ Gl with yours though. I would be willing to trade if only I didn't have to give out personal details and take the time to ship my item to wherever you are =D.
  5. I didn't come here just to say I don't like your music. I told you that it's sad that this guy died, just like everyone else did. I don't think Marilyn Manson IS Satan, but he acts like he's possessed by him. I didn't say anything about anyone "preaching evil thoughts," and even if I did, why WOULDN'T I think he was if he looks like a cross breed between a man and a demon, as YOU even said. That last sentence was an unclever attempt to be deep IMO =;. Yea I know it was harsh, but I didn't know how else to describe it. That's just what came to my mind. I know it wasn't right of me to judge them like that. But to be honest, I tried listening to them once but I had to turn it off before I through up, much less try to understand their lyrics. Mindless sex, violence, etc are barely worse than drugs. Actually most of these are caused by drugs. The fact is they used it for their CD cover. I know some people find it.. fine art I guess :shivers: I was just stating my opinion. I put the warning about it being disturbing because other people that are like me might find it disturbing, so I figured it would be better to be safe than sorry. To me it's disgusting, and I can't look at it for more than 15 seconds without throwing up on my keyboard. What's cool about a freaky looking kid on an adult body? Like I said it's my opinion. I never said it was his fault, I was just wondering who brings kids to see a band like Korn. And like I said, I guess it just depends on the age of the kid. WHen I first read the "wife and kids" thing I pictured them being little kids, which I doubt they were. I was not blaming him in any way, but everyone who read what I said seemed to take it that way. I was saying I wasn't suprised because, even though this is stereotypical, it seems like people who listen to Korn and their "violent" lyrics would probably more likely to cause trouble than someone at a... I don't know, Christian band concert or something (I'm not saying Christian music is better.. I'm just giving an example. I don't even listen to Christian music). I still feel horrible for the guy that got killed, and resentment to the two goons who attacked him. Good. Sorry I couldn't take the time to respond to every one of you who flamed me. I didn't come here to make fun of anyone in any way, I was just saying I wasn't suprised something like this happened, and why. I wasn't really planning on having to spend this much time in this thread, but everybody who visited seems to feel the need to bash me because I don't like your music. I just have a hard time finding how anyone could even call this stuff music, but that's a whole other debate.
  6. Piano basically summed up a lot of what I was thinking. I doubt the majority of your life is miserable because of him. Even if he is making your life even a little bit worse, he's only human. I would love to see any of you "bush-bashers" do better under the circumstances he has been in. As for the attack on Bush's physical appearance, that was pretty lame. Otherwise, thank you for the rest of you constructive post. It helped fill me in on a few things, even though I don't agree with everything you said.
  7. Same here. Another reason I don't wear hats is because most of the people I see at my school that wear hats are just trying to be cool and fit in, because a lot of the "cool" kids wear them.
  8. Ugh, I hate noticing topics once they get 5 pages of replies. Too much to go through. Sorry if this has been said, but aren't all sins supposedly equal in God's eyes, from a Christian perspective? I think I remember reading/hearing that lusting about a woman in your head is just as bad as actually going out and having an affair with her. I guess it's all a matter of theology. Maybe having false idols. Putting anything ahead of God has got to be pretty bad =D. Oh, also while researching this topic a little bit, from a non-Chrstian stand point, I found this quote: Bernard Shaw
  9. =P~ If only that was orange juice.. I don't know how you can stand all of that lemonade though lol. Anyways, I mainly wanted to say this was a good idea for a topic =).
  10. Well I don't really know what to say in response without spamming, other than bragging about being in that category like I'm sure some have done/will do. So I guess, thanks for the read.
  11. Wow, you're soo coool  Show some respect. That was really low of you. As for this topic, can anyone give me a shortened summary if this has been answered already: How is this going to directly, or I guess indirectly effect me? I'm turning 18 next year, so I'll have to start worrying a bit more about taxes and things like that, and to be honest, I'm too lazy to read through all of these posts to find my answer #-o . Sorry
  12. I'm assuming the irony in Korn playing in something called "Family Values" was intended. While it's sad that this happened to someone, I can't say I'm suprised. I mean this was at of Korn, who are like... demons.. I mean look at this CD cover: (Before you click, just remember this is pretty disgusting/disturbing). http://cover6.cduniverse.com/CDUCoverAr ... 989288.jpg Who takes their wife and kids to something like this anyways =s? I guess if they were older kids it's not that weird, but still. Blah, sorry, I just hate bands like Korn.
  13. Other than a few adventures out in the woods behind my house. I guess my "biggest adventure" would just be my missions trips I've gone on with my youth group. Two years we've gone to NYC, and this year we went to help in Mississippi in an area affected by Hurricane Katrina. We had to raise most of the money on our own (with some donations from parents =D), by doing things like asking friends/neighbors for donations, carwashes, etc. Walking the streets in NYC or riding the subways in an adventure in itself =P. One time my friend and I were sitting at the back of the subway because there were no other seats, and we were so involved in our conversation, we didn't know the rest of our group got off :ohnoes: . This was back when we were rising 10th graders, and suprisingly I wasn't very scared. We got off at the next stop that we noticed, and someone from our group somehow found us  . Btw, cool idea for a topic  .
  14. I wish we had bike lanes. Mainly I just can't get over the idea of riding so close to fast moving cars. As for not hitting rocks on the street, sometimes there are still several rocks on the road from various things, and if you're moving so fast, it would be hard to see first of all, much less dodge it without getting hit by a car.
  15. I wouldn't care if only the prices weren't so cheap. When Karil was easier, I got a guthan helm and dharok plate, and I sold each for 3m each. Now, a couple brothers are harder, and you get what? Barely 1m, if that for those items? IMO the difficulty being increased is okay, but I don't want to have a harder task to make less money than I used to.
  16. I also have a few questions about bikes. So I've had a mountain bike pretty much all of my life, and I have been interested in biking some longer distances than just around my neighborhood a few times. My first problem is my seat. Every time I go for more than 5 minutes, my bottom hurts from the seat :wall: . The seat feels soft when I touch it with my hand.. Maybe my seat is too small? I've this bike for like 5 years, so that's probably why :o , but the seat can adjust to fit me fine so I don't think it's the height. Another thing I was wondering was why people use the bikes with the thin wheels. I'm assuming you go a bit faster, but is it worth the risk? I mean it seems like if you hit a rock you would be dead those tires are so dinky. Do you guys ride on the roads that don't have sidewalks? One of the things I hate most when I'm driving is when there's a biker on the road either beside or in front of me. I never know if he is giong to swerve all the sudden into the middle of the road or what. It seems pretty hard to ride a bike with only a couple feet in between you and other cars / grass or rocks.
  17. So, you hate all advertising basically, right? The whole purpose of advertising is to bring in business to make money. The only exception I can think of is the ads where people are asking for pledges to help poor kids in other countries. While I don't like ads either (only because they are boring, most of the time), I feel that they a necessary part of the economy.
  18. Oh, I thought there was 5 people in your example. My bad.

I don't think you can be too old, can you? I've seen a few adults with them. I brush my teeth twice a day, and I think they look pretty nice. I had prices from 8th to 9th grade, because of a slight overbite, so that may have helped a tiny bit. As for the color, they look okay to me, though I wish they were a tiny bit whiter.
  20. 3.4m + 3.4m + 3.4m + 3.4m + 6.8m = 20.4m. Maybe I'm missing something, but this method is flawed.
  21. What's fluffernutter? :-s I guess it means different things to different people. Lol. It's crunchy (or normal will work, but crunchy is better) peanut butter with this marshmallow fluff stuff. http://www.marshmallowfluff.com/pages/f ... utter.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluffernutter \
  22. Fluffernutter FTW!!!
  23. Looks a little too saturated, especially in the green areas. The text isn't very good, and I would give you tips on it, but the problem is I'm horrible at text myself =P. Looks pretty cool though.. I might try some manips myself, as I'm not very experienced with them yet.
  24. If you are going to use (probably) the most overused thread ever, at least make it decent. Type it up nicely, add some pictures, basically anything would make this thread better.
  25. No I don't jump on the people who are constantly blogging about their quest for 85 slayer. That would be impossible, because there is a new one every day. I don't like them either, but at least they aren't trying to take credit for their idea.
