It is definitely 42, unless Jagex were wrong with their Monster Examine data. Remember monsters slowly regenerate HP as well. I will make a note of the randoms thing though. Perhaps just using the portal, and returning to the Spirit Realm again would be quicker? I suppose it is, as long as you change them in some way (e.g. add a black border as you usually do). This just makes things easier legally... if they aren't the same file, byte for byte, no one can say that both sites have the same image and cause either of us trouble. It's not really that I mind you using the pictures, I just don't want any confusion. Thankfully my dad doesn't care about this... thankfully for him, that is. I am a programmer... programmers have keyloggers. Filtering software would not work either, I'd destroy it. Can you give an example of a normal monster that has a noticeable difference between Hits and Slayer exp? I don't think someone who is concerned with summoning exp per slayer exp is going to go and kill tons of God Wars bosses for his charms and slayer exp. Here's 39 of them. RuneScape's already a PC game. The programmers at Jagex could easily make RuneScape into an executable file that could be downloaded and run on your machine rather than played in your browser. I forgot how but with the Java documentation and Google, I could find out in about an hour.- Small things that annoy you
Hmm... not sure if this would be considered a "small thing", but the fact it takes SO DAMN LONG to release quests continuing a series! It's been 3 years since Mourning's Ends Part II! Gah!! And just as long for Rise of the Red Axe. Who cares if the developers left. Have someone else do it. It's been done before and can be done again. Also, the fact Jagex is VERY slow at innovative user interface design. The overall concept of RuneScape's technical design as a Java applet is quite innovative and original, but the in-game interfaces SUCK. How many years did it take to make a counter showing how many music tracks you had unlocked? I would have thought of a counter, IMMEDIATELY, in fact I'd have created the code for displaying the label before the rest of it. I'm glad we finally have the music counter, though. Also the bank counter! That took years also. Again, would have been one of the first things I'd have thought of. The bank still lacks a lock feature as well. Performance statistics. Many games have this, and Jagex doesn't even have an FPS counter, let alone network usage, averages, etc. In-game world map. Again, took forever to implement this simple thing that should have existed from the beginning. Even though it's finally here, it doesn't show underground maps! I'd like to be able to see dungeon maps. Wouldn't people want to know where the hell they are when in a dungeon as well as aboveground? Many games have customizable user interfaces. RuneScape has absolutely none of that. Abbreviations. Why does my options screen say "Combat Lvl"? There's PLENTY of space, make it say "Combat Level". Special attack bar doesn't show the percentage full that it is. This is dumb. I'd like to know what my special bar is actually at, so I don't try to use a special attack when it LOOKS like it's charged enough but actually isn't. HP over heads! See special attack bar. BARS do nothing for me. Numbers in addition to bars are useful. Once again, it'd be easy to add a "xxx/xxx" HP counter over NPC and player HP bars. It's nice to know what the monster's HP is without having to cast a freaking SPELL to tell you! You should not need a spell that costs you in-game assets (runes) to tell you what a freaking well-designed user interface should. And monster examine. Though I love it, as you can see by the guide in my signature, it's honestly a very developmentally delayed spell. It shows the current HP of monsters, which is freaking [developmentally delayed]ed. Showing "current/max" would be much more useful. Why the hell can't Jagex USE THEIR BRAINS for once?! Only until after I complained to Mod Mark, did the music counter get CHANGED after it's release. It used to show the current number of tracks unlocked. Now, fortunately, it shows "unlocked/max". And it was bugged, showing the number unlocked as one more than it actually was. Which took 5 months 9 days to fix. THAT'S TOO LONG! It should have been RIGHT in the FIRST PLACE, e.g. show "current/max" with the CORRECT values, without having to say "umm, telling them the max number of songs unlocked would be useful in addition to the number they have unlocked would be useful, huh?". Anyways, back to monster examine. HP should show as xxx/xxx... not xxx. That's stupid. And the spell's not worthy of its name anyways. If it's monster EXAMINE it should truly examine the monster and give more information. How about telling us WHAT slayer task it counts for, rather than "THIS IS A SLAYER MONSTER OMG!!!!". How about telling us if it's poisonous and how much damage the poison does? If it's aggressive? If it will retreat? If it's monster EXAMINE it should act like a bestiary, not show two things you can already tell by putting your mouse over the damn thing's name, and two other things that are useful, and two more that you could probably guess anyways - don't get me wrong though, I like ALL the info that ME provides but I'm trying to demonstrate that it lacks a good amount of information. Again, monster examine should act like a bestiary entry. They certainly have space for it, the same font size on the music interface and quest list would allow for plenty of information. And max hit! I don't care that Prime can hit 26 with melee, because he can't use that damn style. But mithril dragons can hit a hell of a lot more than 28 (melee max) with magic, can't they? And not as high with range. Why not... TELL US THE MAX HITS WITH EVERY COMBAT STYLE?! But no, we are not innovative enough to even remotely consider that. "You have already done that so you don't need to go there." I don't like being locked out of places because I've already been there. I infiltrated the Tomb of Rashiliyia and killed Nazastarool to set the spirits free or whatever I did. Yet I can't retrieve the key to get back into that dungeon. As far as I'm concerned I should be able to take my godsword and bash the flipping door in. I know I killed Elvarg already. What if I want to kill her again. I don't care if I already completed the quest. I shouldn't be getting a chatbox message telling me I can't jump over a damn pile of rocks and slice a dragon's head off if I feel like it. Either make the area invisible, or let me in. I can't re-enter the upstairs room from the Biohazard quest where you get the distillator. But what if I WANT to go in there and smack the Mourners around because they're evil, Zamorakian plague-conspiracy-spreaders? I already unlocked the damn door. Why is it locked again? And again... why can't I SLICE THE LOCK OPEN WITH MY GODSWORD AND JAM IT IN THE MOURNERS' FACE? I can't enter the dungeon of Koschei because I already defeated him. Wait... if I freaking beat the crap out of him, why the hell can't I peruse around his dungeon? I won. My dungeon now. Let me walk in it. NO CATS ALLOWED. I can't bring a familiar or pet into Temple Trekking. Why the hell not? It's my cat, and you're a stupid adventurer who needs ME to guide you to Paterdomus or Burgh de Rott. If you don't like my pet or familiar, how about I shove my sword through your head and see if you like that? Also, I can't bring my familiar into God Wars boss rooms without doing the desummon-resummon trick. Why? All it does is waste a pouch. Doors. STOP MAKING INACCESSIBLE PLACES. They don't serve any purpose. Stop making stupid doors and ladders and trapdoors and whatever other nonsense you can think of, and FINISH EXISTING CONTENT before MAKING NEW JUNK THAT WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YET. Unless you're making it SOON, don't show us anything to do with it. We don't care and it just pisses us off because we have to look at this unfinished junk. Finish it, or don't put it there. One word for Jagex designers: THINK. That or hire people who can. NOTE: Tip.It doesn't seem to mind too much as far as language goes, as long as it's reasonable. Your Slayer XP calculator is incorrect. The Slayer XP given by a monster is not always equal to its HP. There are many cases where it differs, in the worst case, by 95.5 XP points, in fact (K'ril Tsutsaroth)! You might want to change it from "Monster HP" to "Slayer XP". If you need the values for a particular monster, ask me. I know almost all of them.- The Cape Of Music/Adventure!
For all of you people who think it should exclude the holiday music, you're incorrect. ALL holiday music is now automatically unlocked, meaning if I create an account TODAY, I can get all 551 tracks. The date I join is of NO concern whatsoever. Jagex fixed this error (yes I considered it an error) along with the music player update, months ago. And why should you not need "Victory is Mine" for the cape? Shame on you for trying to make it easier. :shame: People like me who have ALL the music certainly deserve recognition our achievement - not people who'd rather do it (excuse my language) half-assed. Thanks for that, I know it's ~250 and the only way was slayer to tell how much hp there was. The slayer exp can vary depending on how much health it has regenerated whilst killing, I will change that. Slayer XP does not vary depending on how much health was regenerated. And Slayer XP is not always equal to HP (obviously).- [DONE] Green Dragons again

Jagex changed the prices on gloves a while back, and apparently they have changed the prices on all Culinaromancer chest items (or so I'm assuming, seeing the apple has changed)... perhaps you should check all the others, too, to ensure the prices are correct?- Original RuneScape Client
