Thats best option tbh, fastest hpx xp in game if you winn all games in 1 hour. I did that to get 92 hp in 1 game (3 pts) :D

I use my zeals to get attack xp, which is very good - 7,785k xp per zeal.

The best way to mine iron is kyatt way :

Set a house in taverley. Tele home, run obelisk and tele with ring of duel. Do this till you are 57 summon, then move to kyatt.

Get 85 85 85 then rush for 99 defence, will be alot easier ;)
