70 prayer is worth it, especially if you are getting 99 attack at armoured zombies.

Nope, just antidragon shield or dragonfire shield protects from dragon firebreath.

You can wear torag's plate and legs instead, great def but not str bonus.

Bandos chestplate that have more defence.

If you win all SW games then its faster :P
