Is the bandos chestplate and tassets worth the price? Obviously I wouldn't buy and leave myself with like 75k, but I'd give myself probably about 1-3m afterwards since I'm easily fine with just that.

TBH, I don't think it'd look as horrible as some people say, it wouldn't be something you'd normally see, you'd be different lol.

You can buy a slayer ring for 75 points (or learn to make it for 300). I'm sure that's because you'd need to buy multiple slayer rings, but you'd only need one slayer helm.

hate to ask a question in someone else thread but, does skipping a task in that manner ruin your task streak? if not that's awsome. also to contribute to the thread, i do believe that you can purchase the slayer helm for about 70 points rather than learn how to make it, correct me if i'm wrong though I'm unaware of purchasing at 70 points, but if you burthrope a task, then you're task count gets reset back to 0, and you have to do another 5 to start earning points again, but you keep your points. You need to complete 4 tasks, then after the 5th task, you'll get points. Turael (the burthrope slayer master) doesn't give any points, Mazchna (in Canifis) gives 1 point, Vannaka (in Edgeville dungeon) gives 4 I believe, Chaeldar (in Zanaris, or the Lost City) gives 10, Sumona (in Pollnivneach) gives 12, and Duradel (in Shilo Village) gives 15 points per task. At the 10th, 20th, 30th, etc tasks, you'll get bonus points for completion.

I really don't believe that, although how many would you consider fast? I consider a full invetory every 11 minutes fast. Though the yews im on are usually empty. So that's between 5 and 6 inventories an hour, if you cut 28 trees per inventory, that's between 140-168 logs per hour, that's about 58k-69k per hour?

Sometimes they don't, but sometimes they do, you just have to find which ones work.

Yes, do not sell all of your stuff for a bgs. What's the point of having one if you die in battle from not having any armor to protect you? And god swords aren't really good for training, just boss hunting. I'd save up for it without having to sell it.

DDS prolly won't work as he keeps barragiong you :ohnoes: I had no problem ddsing him, he didn't barrage me until I was right next to him and then it was too late for him as I unleashed all my dds specs on him, then melted him.

To start training agility, go to the Gnome Stronghold and just run through the obstacle course there. If you're planning on going back to f2p, Agility will help you out on the f2p worlds.

If I'm correct, fire spells work really well on him. Pray from melee and just fire wave/blast/bolt him to death, bring super restores as your stats WILL be drained. Bring some food and a dds, also a 1-click tele for safety.

I asked your range level because a higher range level = a higher range defence. And I don't even have 70 yet and I was doing just fine. I used the setup found here. funny, i was sure that only worked with mage, do you have any solid evidence? not that i dont trust you. Don't worry, I don't trust me either, I just figured since it was with mage, it would work with range too...plus I think I was asked that same question when I asked about Avianses a while ago? You can mine pure essence from the wizards tower south of Draynor, the magic shop on the east side of Varrock, the northeast building in Ardougne, the magic guild in Yanille (requires 66 mage), and I want to say somewhere else, but I can't really remember right now.
