Not that exact thing, but using familiars on quests tends to be buggy...i've had lots of familiars vanish into thin air, familiars dissapear until i relog, lots of things like that. They tend to bug out with cutscenes and teleports in the quest and special areas and stuff, report it. Oh ok, thanks.

I summoned my Terrorbird so I could run all through Perils of Ice Mountain...I summoned it right at the beginning of the quest, I'm now done, and the timer still says "28.30", has this happened to anyone?

Well I know for a fact that red sallys are faster than falconry (I tested it), and i'd bring 5 nets and ropes (in case of randoms), 4 open spots for sallys, and the rest waterskins, wear full graahks (I have some if you need), and desert boots, that'll keep you around for a little while.

How many skins do you take? And orange sallys are easily faster, grey chins aren't worth that much money, I'd skip them and go to at least 70-75 before goin to red chins, hunt orange sallys til 59, then red sallys.

Doing's Mazchna for the first 9 tasks, then Duradel for the 10th, Mazchna for 11-19, Duradel for 20, etc, is the fastest for points. Any particular reason for switching ever 10 tasks or is it just to change things up a bit? Every 10th task, you get bonus points, it times the normal points by 5. Since Duradel gives the most points (15), he gives the most bonus points.

Try Wildy course, I got from 49 to 60 there. Just bring mage defence armor (i just wear d'hide body and chaps), weight reducing gear (boots of lightness, spotted/spottier cape, penance gloves), and food in case of revs (or falling too much, shouldn't be a problem at 54 that bad).

Going to have to disagree with you there, lots of potentially valuable rewards from Lvl 2 clues. Some say they are now worth doing more than Lvl 3, due to the decrease in value of some of the Lvl 3 rewards. Gonna have to disagree with you there, chances of getting anything over 1mil from a lvl-2 clue is like 1 in 2000 or something ridiculously bad. Yes there are potentially valuable rewards but at most you get them 1 out of every 4 clues. No thanks, I'd rather take my chances of getting a rune scimmy/sq shield drop from cockroaches while also picking up noted addy/mith ores and charms and getting combat xp. Lvl-2 clues are fail. A clue is ONE spot...it's not that horrible to keep it and do it and have a chance of getting something much more than a rune scimmy.
