I honestly have no experience crafting earth runes, since I've done it one time I think, just to enter the alter, but will you be using those earth rc gloves? I don't really know if they are worth it, I just know they exist. I would jot down your current xp, rc for about 10 minutes, then jot down your rc xp, subtract them, times it by 6, and you'll get your xp per hour. Then take the xp for 59 (247,886), subtract it by how much xp you have, and then divide that number by how much xp per hour you get, that'll give you the number of hours.

Actually, my Terrorbird is often attacked by the green drags I'm attacking. I'll attack the green drag, it'll start fighting me, my bird will start attacking it, and often the green drag turns and attacks my bird.

I wouldn't fish monkfish at level 62, just keep fly fishing. The only reason to fish monks at that level is if you need money, so just stick in Shio.

You have good levels to beat it, I had lower levels than you when I did it, and ranged the demon, had no problems. I did, however, tele to Ardy and return to Ape Atoll quite often to restock on pray pots and antipoisons, but you can do it easily.

You can try monks. If you have the cooking gauntlets, you can try sharks from 94-99, but the gaunts don't work on monks.

Bring a knife (or d scimmy, so you can slash the webs of the mage training area for a close bank, plus the ardy lever webs), I wear d'hide armor just for extra protection right away if a rev blindsides me, spotted/spottier cape, boots of lightness, penance gloves, and food (I use salmon, seeing as how I had a loooot of them). If you see a rev, don't freak out. Just keep going until it attacks you. I've seen plenty of revs that go by, and don't attack me at all. If it attacks you, just run and world hop.

Do the Family Crest quest, and then get your guantlet's enchanted by one of the brothers (I cannot remember, for the life of me, where he's at off of the top of my head. I know the one in Catherby gives you the Cookings guantlets, and the one in the Al Kharid Mines gives you the Smithing Guantlets).

It'll attack on it's own. The scrolls are just a special attack they can do.

You can do Regicide with 53 and a agility pot.

You're not getting behind anything, he may have the same strength, but you have other higher levels than he does, so in reality (ironic huh?), he's behind you. I'm level 101 with 75 strength! On topic: The necklace is a few mil, just like all onyx things. EDIT: I guess it's 76 strength...when did that happen?! lol.

There are few merchantable items now, and they all cost over 100k. And if someone knew what was good to merchant, they wouldn't give it away.

I don't remember Summoning being on the list they gave you (I did it not too long ago), but I'd still do it and find out.

Yes, Ice bursting lobs would be best, it's fast and you get charms (although I'm not exactly sure how much it'll cost), you can also fire wave metals or avies if you want.

Budget?

I may be a little biased *points to quest point part of sig*, but I'd definately finish the quest, because, well, why not?
