Agreed. Not only that, it would then be impossible to have NPCs to appear only at night time as they would have to be present for some people and not others, then you'd have to have two versions of the same world, and all that. It's too much trouble. Keep it servers side, and I would prefer all the worlds to follow the same cycle, but it should be a 20 hour day so people aren't stuck with day or night. You shouldn't be able to choose what time it is, you'd defeat the objective of realism. Consider night-time on, say, the Wilderness Agility course... you wouldn't be able to see a thing! Jagex would have to make it optional simply to stop people having to strain their eyes/not be able to make things out. actually that would just be more realistic, i mean how stupid you should be to go train agility in an arena full of skeletons in the middle of the night, in deep wilderness. Train at daytime, skill at night (or just take a light source, duh (if youre not afraid))

Well, if the posts before are true and Movario is searching for the Stone of Jas, then that means that Lucien is basically trying to become one of the Elder Gods (gods stronger than Guthix, look them up on runewiki :ohnoes: ). My theory is that the fist of Guthix is the Stone, but just a hunch based on the designs of the fist and the cutscene from Making History. Mistress Seren is more than just made up of crystal. Not only is she the "divine" aspect of the Animal Mundi, but she ties directly with the Stone: the source of both magic AND the Animal Mundi. Quite frankly, I hope that one of the Elder Gods takes the stone from Geilinor forever; it's causing tension to build up dramatically. The quests are setting up the world like in a game of "squares"; the players keep drawing lines until it's impossible to NOT give a box to the other. The world will probably go into another gods war at this rate, but not before Kaqueemex and his druids are killed to prevent the Edicts of Guthix from following through :cry: [/hide] Yes and no. The stone once was at the location of the "Fist of Guthix" (which was one a Saradomin camp) but is long gone hidden somewhere else. Most sources we have, Including the Oracle, Juna, and other NPC's point that the stone is currently hidden deep in the lumbridge caves, possibly at the Tears of Guthix. As for the Fist of Guthix, how the story goes, Guthix used the stone at the fist to be the end all, of the 3rd age god wars. "Slamming his Fist" down (either physically or metaphorically) he used his powers, and possibly the stone, to stop the groups from fighting. My guess is Guthix slammed the stone into the ground (hence fist of Guthix), he threatened to destroy the stone if the groups continued fighting. They stopped and he then hid the stone away from the world, while the fighting no longer took place. Now that Guthix has been gone awhile, these evil characters are trying to regain their footholds they once had pre-3rd age wars. Also Judging by a few references like the one from Hazelmere, it appears there will be a war type of event about to occur in the north, but We will be accompanied by someone (of great slayer importance) to help stop the wars in the north before they begin. A quest like this covers so many sides and is so big, I have a feeling its going to involve almost every faction and group during the quest. We have the Gnomes wanting to destory the humans, with the elves help (possibly with a Maj.'s Help), Draken looking to get over the Salve, Zem looking to crush Varrock again, Lucien plotting getting his hands on the stone before every else, and some of the other Maj's out in the world, we dont even know where. I feel like this quest may leave more questions than it will answer. well actually the stone Of Jas was in the site of the fist of guthix, but that's not why that site has such properties. When Guthix was awakened and stopped the godwars he was mad and sad, he wanted the object they fought for would be detroyed, so he went straight into the camp where it was hidden, then punched it willing to destroy it. Part of Guthix'es and stone's power was left behind, but teh stone - unharmed. (altho the blast kinda detroyed the camp and everything else around). Then he hid it in a cave below lumbridge, summoned a snake (or created her w/e) and told her a lie. When Guthix came and found this plane he foun dthe stone and used it, to create the magic (runestones/altars etc) . But who was Jas? I'd say its a 92 percent that he was oen of the elder gods, who simply left one of his magical artefacts behind when he left the plane.

What does movario say about what he's doing there? [/hide] That he is trying to find some 'artefacts that give a special form of energy'. I think this articfact can be found in the Tears of Guthix cave. I remember some clue saying 'that snake guards more than she knows', I can't remember it very well though. Alright, I got it! Guthix hid the Stone of Jas in the Tears of Guthix cave, which is why it gives off the special 'tears' that it does. Movario and his bodyguard (Darve?) are in the Dorgesh-Kaan dungeon attempting to dig their way through into the ToG cave from the other side, sort of a 'surprise attack' on Juna. They'll steal the Stone of Jas and return it to Lucien, who was meanwhile obtaining the Staff of Armadyl (I still have to work that bit out). The two items combined give him power greater than any god, and he rises to power over all of Geilinor (Gielinor?), with Movario and his bodyguard as his two henchmen. You need to use the key from Meeting History to go back in time and stop Lucien from obtaining the two objects. *congratulates self* =D> First of all: If nessecary Juna would destroy Movario. IF you recall correctly when she first met dorgess-hun goblin race they tried to force into the cave, but failed. If a group of ancient fierce goblins armed with bandos ancient wapons couldn't get it i don't think that movario stands a chance. More like Lucien will try to overcome Juna using the staff Of armadyl. And believe me, none of us will find the stone. The as oracle on the ice mountain once said: the godwars are over...as long as the thing they were fighting over remains hidden. (she also says that "Jas left a stone behind" and "The great snake of Guthix guards more then she knows" ) . Altho in my opinion if Lucien gets his hands on teh stoen guthixian eddicts kick in before he has ny time to do anything with it and Guthix resets the world. But wiat didn't soem people were trying to remove the eddicts in legacy of seergaze? :geek:

Even with the unlocked Ring of Charos? What about Lucien himself? Actually he does tell you what he's doing with the ring. I remember this being discussed on the thread I created after I found out how to get the RC guild master to tell me what she was searching for. He's searching for an ancient artifact that gives off a "very specific" form of energy, similar to what the RC guild master says. As she is referring to the Eye of Saradomin aka the Stone of Jas, I can only assume that Movario is searching for the same thing, although he doesn't say outright. Here's a wild thought: perhaps the Staff of Armadyl has the stone of Jas on it? If you've completed the quest, "Defender of Varrock", Zemorragul (sp?) already suspects that Lucien has received the staff. Perhaps Movario is searching for the Stone of Ja to add to Lucien's collection? If I was trying to overthrow Zem, I'd grope for every advantage I could get. Yay wild speculation on my part! XD well the stone of Jas is the source of ALL magics so, if Lucien gets it, and learns how to awaken the power of the One Staff, he will simply will become greater then any god. According to peoples' speculations Guthix tried to destroy then hide the stone of Jas. If the god which is teh most feared (admit it everyoen are afraid of Guthixian edicts) couldn't destroy the stone, then maybe the stones power is more then Divine, Lucien would be thinking of becoming the greatest god with it, and the awakened staff.

seems to me as if Lucien gets teh staff either way. well it's good that i teamed withg him then :D so if this is really from teh upcoming quest, we will probably have to fight/help him.

If summoning wasn't out, I'd say that it all about creating our own dragons on anvils :lol: that room really looks like a anvil for dragon weapon smithing. And since DRagonkin created them, (in Franaskae or w/e its spelled).

You do realize that banks get reset like every 6 months or so. So inactive accounts- 0money to f2p. I'd say p2p win easily this time, i mean really, its so darn easy to gain money now when pvp is out, jsut take 75k, get a mate , go pk, several tries - milions of gp.... easyyyy (not to mention gwd, boy its easy to get money in there)

To all: this is a great update, if you say its not realistic you suck at imagining universe. Its kind of pitiful that anyoen could think that theres such thing as communism in penguin society, they do what they do, and the stars in RuneScape universe are rocks, in which the sprites, the essence of the stars are living in. Their not aliens, their sprites, like fairies, but they live in the great cosmos, in rocks. No oen broke any wall, just someone failed to imagine that there might be a world , and entire universe that may have nothing in common with us. They canb do whatever they want, its realistic, because the laws of that universe are define dby Them. So just chase around falling stars, go get ur gear, and find some penguins. bravo, you stated everything correctly. =D> Actualluy Zaros wasn't evil, or bad, he and his followers had a potentially fearsome ability to use magic without runes, but that didn't make them evil. He did rule over many areas and places and things. And of course many gods regarded that as "evil" in their opinion. Zaros was a god of ultimate power in my opinion.

according to tip.it guide to Rc guild, teh robes give you a total of 7 Rc bonus in "the great orb project" minigame. SO i can craft double nats with 84 RC in that minigame now with full robes, can't i?

don't bother with them, stick with chickens till ur egible to kill goblins, then powertrain till u can kill hill giants. Then the money starts rolling in iwth hill giants. Begginer tasks give too less money to be dealt with...

I just had an crazy idea: Didn't "meeting history" said that Guthix created runes? If i remember well it did so, that means that the stone of Jas is also created by Guthix, because the stone is the source of all runes and magic. Makes sense? no, i think, unless the people in meeting history all lied, and we dont have real evidence that we were at the past didn't we? Maybe when we rub the key we get teleported into parralel illusion or something....Altho thinking that quests could lie makes quest doing paranoid..... :ohnoes: EDIT: OMG just had another idea: what if Guthix found the stone as raw power source and made it to be a source of runes and magic. nice RS history skills!!! I love RS history myself btw... And could anyoen refresh my memory, Saradomin had a Good light god before him, didn't he? he was destroyed by zaros if i recall well. And stone of Jas as pect worries me, because it looks like it's the eye of saradomin (source of all magics according to Lunar isle people, and a source of runes powers according to I'm pretty sure that when guthix ended the godwars he wanted to take away the cause of the wars, so he took the stone and while travelling the wilderness, he smashed it with his fist thus creating the fist of guthix he left a guardian to guard it, because part of the stones and guthixe's power was left behind..... Probably there were many tries to destroy the stone, but at last he settled to place where lumbridge now is, and cried in a cave beacuse he failed to remove the stone, and because the world was harmed of the war... As I suspect eh left the Stone of Jas behind in teh cave and summoned Juna the giant snake to guard it. (course he didnt tell her what she was actually guarding). Thats why in Dorgeshkaan theres lucien minions seeking the stone. They are very near it. (course Juna will hopefully kill them both if they try to force their way in) . Who was Jas? Guthixes brother? can be...One of elders? can be...All we know that almighty Guthix can destroy (rewrite) Gielinor, but can't harm the stone....

Green team loses The Orb Project no matter what. Im not gonna surrender and all, but its kinda anoying that in 9 games i played best score was almost tie, (we lost) and got 400 tokens from 9 games.... -.- Oh and best ppl score was 3 greens against 4 yellows. Of course there was times when i was left alone against 4 or 3 opponents... -.- Still strying, maybe will get teh talisman staff till the end of the month...

good idea, but didn't JaGeX said that cities, or at lest banks will be safe areas, like in only RSC PK servers?
