You're assuming that every single person that plays the free version of this game is pissing and moaning? Stop saying things if you know that they're not true whatsoever, because I definitely am not. To the topic starter, do you not think that us Free Players should be very grateful for JaGeX even giving us a quest to begin with, forget the broom. WE DON'T PAY! They could have just given us the Halloween Event and handed the new quest over to Members. If you keep whining like this, JaGeX will not give us anything at all. PS: The 10 Bowls of Goulash is a very nice reward, considering that it's the equivalent of getting 10 Genie Randoms. By "All ftp players" Im generalizing the people on the rants section, "FTP deserves this" "ftp deserves that" and people like the OP, saying they got a useless holiday item (arnt they all useless?) Just comes to prove my point.

I was thinking that. "Zombie mod" is in practically every FPS. Halo, Half life, CS, etc. Aim for the head? I fail to see how to aim for the head with this right click menu "Attack Blood Argon (level: 121)" Maybe that's the point here? Not being able to just "Head Shot" the zombies, and therefore having to work as part of a team? :-s I could see some possibility in this as a minigame, if not a whole world of its' own. Well, true, but, eh, I was looking for lists of information / tips, and the quality of youtube videos is good for the luring strategy, cause of low quality text is hard to read, and the idiots dont know how to make the videos.

Unless F2P players can't retrieve it after the quest goes P2P only and Maggie disappears from the F2P world. Then we're stuck with a useless broom...in our banks :roll: Who said you wont be able to get it back? All holiday items are retrievable, if you got them from someone else or not. And, all your FTP players do is piss and moan. Every event before this gave items that never really did anything, and now you get something that can be upgraded in P2P (incentive to buy members anyone?) and you piss and moan.

This actually has a lot of potential. They already gave us a list of items we keep/do not keep on death, so why would a value bar be any different? Very handy for ANYONE using PVP worlds. Edit : RSOF Thread - 81-82-25-57825909

The protect item prayer has been around since the old wildy, and smite exists to counter it. Use it. Dont complain. And the abuse system, its not RWT. Its the same thing as using 'friends' to 'amass' millions at bandos. There, everyone risks items, and the game gives you a reward. Same situation here, its not even exponentiation, it doesnt matter if you have 75k or 75M on you, you get the same chance at a drop than the next guy with 75k. And no support on the death issue.

Oh yes over powered... mage has crap. OH NOES!!111!!!! mage would actually get a decent spell?? *GASP*! Seriously... Melee has all there fancy god swords... tons of good armor sets... rangers... we have our dark bow... our rune x bow... our karils... oh wait just kidding about that one :P but anyways mage really could use a good spell like this... along with a WHOLE new set of better spells... when was the last time you saw someone just pure maging in a pvp situation? Hardly ever. We have a whole new set of spells. The miasmic ones. And, this wont ever happen. If you were a meleer (and didnt shove rune arrows in your mouth...) then you would realize that even in CLASSIC pking (the one you whined about so much) people protected whips, and there were one itemers. How to combat this super safe strategy? Do it the old fashion way. I guarantee you I can dig up 50+ whip PKs from a lot of sources. Smite them, and you wont have a problem. Hate one itemers? Stay away from banks/respawn points.

They really don't at all, a guy leaked the entire process of how they do it years ago (he was a co-admin of one of the biggest cheat sites) and the process is still the same apparently. Would you like to share it with us? Lots of accusations and you still cant present anything... I think most of them earn it, and, to the person who said the pmod told them to leave them alone, if you read the Kbase, it says player mods DO NOT HAVE to help you, and they are FREE TO PLAY THE GAME, any way they want. They are simply players who have proven to be able to handle reports successfully.

Dito. 10 days is about it. But, I put money for 56 days in there, so I should be good for a while. I just like the look of free money :thumbsup:

You set your price, you pay your price. Why would you offer 5,000 for a car and then the dealer goes "NO! Ill go 4500!" Let the seller get the full price that your just too stupid to pay if you offer max every time.

Now, normally when you operate a skillcape, it gives you a +1 stat bonus to the skill. I just noticed, when I wear the cape, it automatically gives me the bonus. Is this suppose to do that? Hidden update? Bug? Trimmed attack/crafting capes if it means anything, and when I alternate capes, it alternates 100s, without even boosting them myself.

Its lag. Log and its fixed.

If you take out the ditch ability, you might as well stop ALL safespots. Fences, cowpens, and many more things are ALL rangeable over, and you still have to use a special method to negate them, like a gate or running around, so, its all the same thing. Quit whining, and Pkay.

Was your death caused by lack of paying attention or conectivity problems. I highly doubt it was the fact you were slaying. Camping at the same thing can get even more boring then long tasks tbh. Id rather camp at waterfiends than kill 160 firegiants. And, Iv always seem to die on slayer. Never anywhere else. I just dont like the fact that I keep switching monsters, and ones I dont fight often surprise me with their hits.

Its one hour or wear time, so sitting in the bank is obviously not wearing, thus, it will not degrade. If what your telling me is the absolute truth, then perhaps its like the barrows armor? In a way. If you died in the old wildy with it, or anywhere and its on your gravestone, it will become 0.
