  1. No its usually instant. Make sure you got caps right, and just check it again. If not, maybe wait a day and submit another one if it doesnt work after that.
  2. Maybe it could be a quest with significance to the gods?
  3. The god wars isnt a money making chamber, the bosses arnt there for each side of the combat skills, attack and mage; there is a story behind all of this. I think that adding more gods to the area would just mess up the story...
  4. Looks like a good idea. And a heads up, this thread is back from 2006. It died for a year, bumped, and died for a year, then resurrected this year
  5. Useless ones could go with being removed, and the complicated ones, maybe shortened? Or at least much more rewarding. Double the maze loot, have the quiz and genie offer either a choice of coins/gems or experience BOOKS (not lamps) for more exp.
  6. [hide=Quote Wall (Level ] HAR HAR YOU IS FUNY WIT UR POLITICAL JOKEZ While your at it, explain how America kills wolves and gets red helmets that are worth millions of dollars, or the fact that burgerking hats are the most expensive items in the market. Wow, you're quite the jerk. Maybe I misread basiliko's comment, but there are strong correlations. First of all, the GE is a simplified stock exchange like the NYSE or DOW Jones, two massive components of the American economy. Secondly, the ebb and flow of runescape prices illustrates a Laissez-Faire style economy, in which item supply and demand (among other factors such as newness, rares like phats, etc.) create capitalistic fluctuations in price. Thirdly, like government intervention in an economy, Jagex will sometimes affect the rarity or power of an item to raise/lower demand for it, like a price floor/ceiling, tariff, etc. Your absurdly literal analysis displays thought process clearly below that of basiliko, because the connections are clearly there. Also, Sarah Palin kills wolves, and she was almost vice president of America  So next time you wanna call someone stupid, make sure you're smarter than they are first. Cheers! His joke was that the RS economy is down the tubes, and the political joke was that Americans cant manage their economy, so it ends up like the RS one. Now that I explained it to you; its even more un-funny. Also, according to your logic, I can say woodcutting in real life is like RS woodcutting. Same trees, same axes. Now where do the shades come in? And birds nest with diamond rings in them? How does my logic say that woodcutting in real life is like RS woodcutting? I'm not saying that every aspect of the game is paralleled, but there are some basic similarities. I'm not pointing out any actual realism in the game, once again don't be so literal. And thanks for pointing out the joke in that statement, I took a break from the game and didn't realize the RS economy was busy taking a nose dive. [/hide] You were saying the American economy and Runescape economy were similar, you were the one being literal, trying to justify the fact that you can learn about one by looking at the other, so, with that applied logic I can do the same for most things similar in RS.
  7. That would completely destroy RuneScape. :o Haha. Perhaps. Removing certain aspects, like PVP or trade would mar the game pretty badly too. Of course, we're already swaying in between the void now. Swaying between the void? We already have had that happen. PvP removed, and as for trade, its just another method of using the GE; since its all based on the same price.

  9. I dont think words can describe how awful this is. You could play WoW (even though I dont like it, using as sake of example), AND xbox live each month, instead of your new idea of a java based browser game. You must be, stupid or something.
  10. Changing details sounds like it would help, it would redraw the interfaces.

So by gaining experience it is debatable that Jagex is impairing ones opportunity to "find their role" by giving me unwanted experience. So I disagree with him because he stated that players shouldn't resist experience of any kind, but Runescape.com seems to think otherwise, explaining why I disagree. I tried to be as constuctive as possible to avoid Miner5529's misconception as this being a "whine-fest". Your twisting it. They are free to find their role; not take a role but not take the 'disadvantages' of it for you. According to your logic, I should be able to PK in full Arma with a AGS and complain about 'unwanted death' because I want to 'have my own role'. Or I want to 'find my role' in monster hunting without having to spend money on unwanted supplies. If you want to make your role, you are going to HAVE to take EVERYTHING that comes with it. You cant expect a gun to fire without ammo, you cant PK without risking good or at least decent items, and you cant use summoning with combat familiars and expect to; for the love of christ; not be in combat And even to further my point, it says your free to choose an adventure. (Summoning). And are free to find their role within it. (Choosing a familiar to use). So, you chose to take the role of a summoning familiar, you get to live with it.
  12. Every year before another person you play is another inch on your e-penor
  13. Thank you for the correction  Edit: Just got this lol. Why use a normal dragon dagger, and not poisoned? Unless they drop them or something...

That went down the drain with slayer points.
  15. When GodWars was released, the bosses dropped hilts...
  16. 99 crafting already. Farming herbs sounds like a decent option.

Does it really matter in the end? They have the mute button, you dont.
  18. Eh, doesnt look very good. Looks too unorganized if its just floating around in the skills tab. I like the boxes, and with scrolling, we will never have a problem with skills again.
  19. I hate having to setup for tasks, and Iv died so many times.
  20. What method do you think Id be good with? Melee? Dscim/Dds?
  21. They do exactly what you said. Save em, and use em at parties or something.
  22. Chronologically, this month's Grandmaster quest will be #147. (This is assuming the Learning the Ropes doesn't count as a quest, and QuestHelp doesn't count it so neither am I) One thing, though: it seems suspicious that they previously doubted it would be ready for 2008, and here it is, ready for November, not even pushed to December. Unless they were just being cautious so as not to disappoint? Well if you want to get technical, 147 + tutorial is 148, Halloween quest is 149, so, this could very well be the 150th quest.
  23. Iv been out of things to do, from lack of interest mainly, in RS. I figured before I go completely crazy, Im wondering if anyone has any unique suggestions as to what to do or what. If its some skill training, have a reason behind it... Like "Get 85 mining for rune ores and money" not just "train ur farm lulululululul" Skills, monster hunting, PVP, minigames, looking for suggestions :?
  24. This. Thanks for quoting what was said and adding a word to point to the quote, like we're all retarted. OT : The only way I can see this being implemented is if they take all the monsters out of the world, even then, would be kinda pointless, so, it wont happen.
