im a swimmer, so i dont know much about running but i could try to give you some advice. id practice your 100m daily and time yourself. supplement your running with some weightlifting focusing mainly on your legs.

im a little bummed out that the olympics are ending soon. it was cool to be able to watch it every night for two weeks. favorites were swimming, basketball, and gymnastics. i didnt think i would like gymnastics at all, but every event i watched was great. except the horseback riding, its called dressing i think. no.
