    I swim too, and i hate running. What do you swim? well i hate IMs and tend to stay away from them. any length freestyle is my favorite or breastroke.
  3. huzzah. i played great in mlg and went up several ranks, then went up a rank in lone wolves. all against brigadiers and colonels. then i join rushrock and play against captains and privates. 2 kills. yes. i am amazing.

    okay, i made a small typo up there. but apparently it doesnt matter because no one swims here besides me i guess. well i meant 100m under 1:25 each. 50m under 30. sorry if i confused anyone.

    is anyone a swimmer here? if you're looking for a heart-pumping workout that is tough on your upper and lower body, try some 200IMs back-to-back. to get my heart-pumping i do 5 100m freestyles and try to keep the pace under 30 seconds for each set.

    i wasnt going to post, seeing as i am a swimmer and have no advice on running, but since you said it was okay to say: i hate running. its pretty bad for your knees, especially cross country. i imagine most people do it for fun or enjoyment, because its just so miserable if your dont like it.
  10. 1. there is no guide menu for halo 2, seeing as it is an original xbox game. you can view your friends by hitting y. there should be additional options such as sending messages or invites. 2. halo 2 has achievements just like any other game that do add to your gamerscore. 3. halo 2 is compatible with both systems, therefore it would be redundant to make a special 360 version. 4. there is only one xbox live. this is why you can see the friends you added while playing a specific xbox 360 game while playing halo 2.

  12. rushrock why dont you just take it to game crazy or any other gaming store and have them buff the disc for only a few dollars? cheaper than renting it. i just lagged out of an mlg ctf game...i hate lagging out.

    indeed, hanging leg lefts might be the closest thing to god i have ever encountered. its also great to lift your legs at an angle to work obliques. if anyone wants to do hanging left lifts at home, all you need is to install a pull-up bar. usually there are slings you put your arms through to do hanging leg lifts, but they can be done just as effectively without.
  18. so, when these new achievements come out i lose my katana? if so, then weak. i think the new ranking system is pretty stupid. there is no point to even play ranked anymore to raise your trueskill. you can just win a lot of games in a social playlist and be a general.

    no. only leg muscles. barely any. you need cardio. if you have a runescape-like outlook on exercise you will never get anywhere. If you live in the middle of nowhere and do not have access to a gym, you can still work out efficiently. if you have not weight-trained before, i suggest you go to your nearest walmart and buy 5-10 lbs dumbells. use them several times a week. they will be most useful for toning your biceps and triceps. do 5 sets of 10 pushups to start off. increase weekly or every two weeks. for abs, regular crunches will do fine. not sit-ups. try to do 5 sets of 25 or 50 to begin with. i also think we're done flaming the op.
  20. yeah...to tell the truth im not into anything made in forge by any player. its fun for about 10 seconds then ill just go back to the ones bungie made. just a choice.
