Dithered sky, changed cloud color, made boat smaller, added more color to water to make it more look like a 'reflection'.

Added shade from boat onto water, and a little more on the boat itself. And changed the sky.

Dang...I deleted my first signature. Thought I wouldn't need it. It was a anime girl with pink hair. The background was pink with white grunge brush strokes. And had a flare in the background for lighting. The sig was for a friend, which was a girl. O:) -

Or set them on dodge/addition to give it that glow effect.

Colors are messed up. Maybe do a B/W gradient map and pick an orange-ish color?
