Its not really need of a guide, you simply use prayer on ahrims and karil, then get the rest of the brothers in safe spots using slayer dart, so you don't need prayer pots.

Well you got 53 magic right now, I'd say spend money on getting 55 magic then alchemy yew or magic longs by trading people supplies for longs, this way you won't lose alot of money, I am not sure how far it will get you with only 500k but you should get a decent level from it. Another way od leveling magic with out runes or cash is PC, get 100 points and cash in for magic exp, with 100 points you get a bonus then doing 100 by them selfs.

The average time for flax picking is 1k per hour, so around 6 and a half hours, or so. It all depends on how forcused you are with the picking.

you can make profit, if you have atleast 30+ smithing, theres a few companys that will trade you 1 iron ore and 2 coal ore with 100 gp, so thats 100k every 1k steel bars you make.

Cash not sure time about a hour or so, just power make oak larders, have oak plants banked, get a bulter have him get planks while you build it should oly take a hour or so.
