Be sure to grab a bronze axe on the way. You then go through the dungeon to the metals following this route What to do: Its pretty simple once you're down there. You just drink an anti fire pot and start maging the dragons, steels or irons, i prefer steels. You kill it, pick up the drop, kill another one and continue to do this, drinking a dose of anti fire whenever it runs out and you start getting hit by the fire. If you're not paying attention you may get hit a bit by fire if anti fire runs out. You just eat a shark to get your health back up a bit. Once you are out of anti fire, food, or runes, just tele and once you're restocked, come right back down.[/hide] [hide=Using Fire Bolt]Fire Bolting: Another wonderful way to kill metals is with fire bolt. It is not quite as good exp but it is a good bit cheaper. To do this you simply replace your slayer staff with a fire or air staff. You also replace your death runes with chaos runes and your mind runes with fire or air runes, whichever staff you don't have. And also, it is very wise to change you're gloves to chaos gauntlets.[/hide] [hide=Helpful Hints]Helpful Hints: [/hide] [hide=Statistics]Statistics: All of the following statistics are using slayer dart at 89 mage with the equipment and inventory shown higher up in my guide. This is killing only iron dragons to reduce bias. Also my attack style is set to defence exp for this so part of it goes to defence and not all mage.
