Depends. Im only buying 2 games at launch. Fable 2 and Gears 2 .. Waiting afterwards for things like Far cry 2 and Banjo kazooie Yes, but luckily for me, I don't really spend money all that much, so I have more then enough to buy pretty much every major release this fall/holiday. Fallout 3, Banjo:N&B, Gears 2, Fable 2, all are options for me from launch. It's more of an am-I-motivated-enough-to-get-it-right-away kind of thing. I can afford every game I want .. But I wouldn't have the time to play it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but i always thought Ubisoft was a publishing company like EA + Activision etc, unless you're talking about the inhouse developers They also make games .. Eg Rainbow six, Ghost recon, Pop .. etc

Just curious.. Do you have any clue what features an iPhone has besides being able to call people? The iPhone seems to me to be the iTouch with all the features of a phone packed into it (though I've never really compared the features of each). Overpriced crap. You can get much better for less.

Ubisoft are epic. Prob my favourite .. And Blizzard .. World of warcraft is an amazing game even if I don't like it that much. Jagex is also up there simply because of runescape. Its a well done java game. Companies I hate are ones like bungie .. They were the ones that wanted out yet there just sat there spoon feeding ms. Same with Epic. Ut3 was crap. Gears 2 wont be on pc due to "pirates" there the biggest bunch of [cabbage] ever IMO. Even if I still do buy there game.

Heh, I've written two texts, simply to delete them, rewrite them and eventually post something. I found it very difficult to say something sensible, considering that I'm not an economist... PS3 is doing just fine. Worldwide it's selling fasterthan the 360 (keeping in mind the 360 had a year's headstart), and will most certainly beat it in this console race. It is unlikely that the PS3 will sell more than the 360 in USA, atleast until the price is under $200 and/or a new console generation begins, though it is a possibility. PS3 might not do as well as the PS2, but the Playstation brand isn't going anywhere. Do that and your guts will be spread against the wall from the word go. Keyboard And Mouse .. FTW I have a wired 360 controller. Sure, I can play any game with keyboard and mouse just from experience, but for many it's better. Stuff like Prince of Persia and probably Lara Croft feels a bit better on an analog pad. Stuff like GTR2, or many modern racing games are for all intents and purposes unwinnable with a keyboard and mouse. Analog control and acceleration is absolutely essential. I would say you NEED a controller, or even better a wheel. I was talking the more dominant games in pc gaming like fps games.
