F2Pers should definitely get achievement capes, just because they are F2P doesn't mean they didn't work hard on that skill, they probably worked harder than member with 99 skills but they don't even get a cape to show they worked countless hours working on a skill.

ive been playing rs for around a year and i got the drill demon for the first time EVER a few days ago so there was probly a bug or something

I would support except macroesr would take advantage of this if they have a main that doesnt auto. EDIT: what if the account (like an autoer) got banned the account used to skip the island got banned or blackmark??? good idea???

i have always wanted this because it is really annoying when your trade gets declined because you cant discuss it
