IMHO you shouldn't have made yew shorts. When I was going from 65 to 70, i made willow longs. There just isn't a big market for shortbows below mage...

cut enough willows for 70 fletching and fletch but don't string them. That should get you a couple of wcing levels as well, and then you should be ready to cut yews. Cut and fletch them (with 70 fletching you can make yew longs) and either buy or make bow strings and string them. 1k yew longs selling for 550-580k

I'd go for the warriors in al-kharid (just east of the bank) until you're level 38 (shouldn't take more than 20 minutes since you're 37 already). I would then rob the master farmer just north of Ardougne. It's great because he's a one-click target, and you'll get plenty of useful seeds to get your farming level up ;)

It will say your IP address, and then your ISP (internet service provider). It is unlikely that you have the same ISP as your hacker, especially if they live in a different country or region, and all of the computers you use (assuming they're all in your house) should have the same ISP.
