  1. If you plan to pick up your arrows, use steel (you can get these by killing lvl 12 minotaurs in the security place). If you're not going to pick them up, use bronze
  2. However, food burns less frequently at ranges, so unless he has the 74 or 75 cooking lvl to stop burning lobbies, a range would be more efficient money-wise (althought rogues den would still be way faster xp).
  3. Ya I would say Catherby is the closest range to a bank
  4. You've gotten to 66 on the second day and you don't know how to get any more levels? Just do what you've been doing duh :P

Cave slimes in Lumbridge dungeon give 3-5 tar each and they only have 25 hp's
  6. Definately get 60 attack before you get members if you're into combat. You'll be able to D Long and D Scimmy (after completing their respective quests)
  7. I'd like to know Drew Carey's RSN :-k I wonder if he has a tip.it account. He could be reading this post right now :ohnoes:
  8. To be honest, I was judging hunting before it even came out. I expected it to be boring as heck, and maybe another money drain like construction. So far, I've been proven wrong :P I love how there are so many different ways to go about hunting. Maybe it's just the wow-factor of a new skill, but I really had fun in my first day of hunting :D
  9. Capes, gloves for theiving, spiffy-looking (although weak) armours. It may not be much, but it's something...
  10. The demons shouldn't be a problem. They'll get maybe only 1 hit on you if you're running
  11. Like this. I pressed the quote button on the top right corner of your post, clicked at the end of the text, hit enter a couple of times, and started typing
  12. Thanks for the suggestions everyone :) I think I need to do some questing
  13. For starters, if you're going to powermine, it should definately be iron and not coal. Some people argue that even banking iron is faster exp and money than coal, but I'd disagree seeing how close the mining guild is to west Fally bank. Powermining 80,000+ ores is no joke, so don't expect to do it without getting bored several times on the way.
  14. Merchanting is definately the way to go. There are a few ways to use your skills to further the profit you get from merchanting too. 1) Buy 2k coal for ~350k (less if you can find it), then buy 1k iron ore for ~75-100k (again less if possible). Then smelt them into steel in Al-Kharid, and sell the bars for no less than 600k. Profit: 150k+ per 1k bars 2) Get your fletching level up to 70 buy cutting willow long bows (don't string these). Then buy 1k yew logs (more exp) or unstrung yew longbows (quicker profit) for 280-300k; and 1k flax for 100k. Then spin the flax and string the bows. Sell these for no less than 550k. Profit: 150k-170k per 1k bows. (70k-90k if you buy bowstrings instead) These definately aren't as fast as merchanting, but it is still very good money, and you get good exp along the way (very good exp in the case of fletching yews). From my experience, 1k yew longbows takes about 1-1.5 hours to string, and 1k steel bars take about 2 hours to smelt.

They were 70-90k just last week when I sold mine. I haven't seen any selling for 150k :-s
  16. This is what I'm currently wearing: I'd basically like to be wearing much lighter equipment for mining, smelting, smithing, and rcing. I need some suggestions. Budget is about 500k, although I could spend a bit more if it were a really spiffy outfit \ Colour co-ordination is pretty important to me as well.
  17. He's F2P, so he can't make knives
  18. You might be able to find someone who buys for 10-15 gp ea. This would be nice because it would save you a lot of time selling them to a shop 10 at a time.
  19. Scimmies are the fastest i believe
  20. You can reach level 50 by making, at most, 524 hard leathers. Also, get level 49 magic so you can enchant the ruby ammies that you make. Hope this helps The enchant spells are p2p only :)
  21. This might take longer but... You could always just mine the ores to make the arrow heads, and kill chickens for the feathers. Might take a bit longer, but you'll get some mining and smithing exp as well
  22. They are in small quantities in f2p worlds
  23. GL finding them. I took a 6 month break from RS and only 1 of my friends has logged on since I came back...
  24. It's been a month or two since I've bought iron, but I've never seen the price go above 100. 125ea is a little much, but I have seen them selling for 110ea in large quantities lately
  25. Yeah, you can only get banned if you were using the glitch to your advantage ...you must have really been bored lol ty̢̮â¬Â âââ‰â¢oon̢̢̮ââ¬Ã¾Ãââ : And he wasn't. Therefore he won't be banned
