you can theoretically see if he posted in other threads under different usernames... he could even be comical... x+ab How do you keep thin? So far the only good method I've found to losing weight is exercise.. diets and me don't exactly mesh... but neither does exercise.... So what I try to do is just eat less... like *gasp* eat my daily calorie limit instead of going over it, and then trying to climb some stairs etc....
