I'd use range for the second form rather than the godsword

The main reason to train there is because you can use the salve amulet (e) which gives a 20% bonus to attack and strength. The salve amulet bonus only works on undead monsters. You can get it by doing the haunted mine quest and then doing a minigame (cant remember what it's called) to get it enchanted.

Defender - because its pretty much free and quite easy to replace aswell as having decent stats

I'm currently 68 agility and i'm going for 70. I have been using the wilderness course to train with but i'm getting pretty bored of it and i was wondering if the ape atoll or any of the other courses are better.

Flax has gone back up to 100ea and is easy to sell, so i would put 10 on flax and 5 on maples

Make battlestaves and use the profit to buy green d hides/leather

When I did cooking 99 I did monks from 91 and didn't burn any with gauntlets.

Would Veracs helm be better than torags because the defence is similar and it has a prayer bonus.

Would mithril bolts be good enough?

Would this be better to use than a crystal bow and if so which bolts should i use?

If you've got high enough slayer dust devils are good.

Dh legs because they have better defence and are cheaper.

You gotta watch the footy. Heroes is repeated later in the week anyway.

Most people wear melee armour at cw which has good ranged defence so I don't think you'd hit very high.

If your slayer lvl is high enough, dust devils are good.

Minotaur in stronghold of security are good to range and they drop iron arrows, or the flesh crawlers. I think there is a safespot for them. Try this guide
