I, a (semi-)weird twelve year old kid, have decided to run a marathon. Actually, I just want to finish a marathon in one piece. Has anyone here ever ran a marathon, and do you have any advice or tips for me? I was looking at a site with some info, and am following the training program provided. http://www.marathontraining.com/marathon.html Do you have any advice? I'd rather take it from an actual person that has been there and done it, rather that an internet site. Tips?!?!?!?!??!

Absolutely Not! one of my friends is a pyromaniac who pretended like he had a gun when we were crossing the hoover dam. Absolute idiot. He thinks cs is stupid and plays "Worms 3-D" #-o the others are better, they are actually sane, though I do question some things they do...

Too right. There's gotta be more pressing needs to deal with that sock length :uhh: 7th Grade, and we do have a few teachers who support us.

There's no rule against voicing your opicnions, along with the 500 or so people you've rounded up in the first day. If they decide to shut me up, then so be it, but so greater will the incentive to rid the school of corruption be, I doubt it would settle things. (They can't expell 500+ kids anyway, or would they...)

I go to a private, Catholic school, and they have wayyyyyy too many rules, one especially was the sock rule, where you are REQUIRED to where crew length socks. So, my friend, lets call im patrick, because thats his name afterall, and I started making Pick-It Signs and a petition for its removal. We have two slogans, one "We're Through with Crew!" and the other submitted by a tif'er, "What's that on your show, oh, nevermind, it's just Crew!", and we have pickit signs and whatnot, and I wrote a letter to accompany it, but, does anyone have any experience in the field of demonstrations at school? I also need some critique on my letter, remember, it's to an 80 year old principal, who is a nun too! It is a catholic school, so God must be in there! hehe Back to my question, does anyone have any advice for a seventh grader holding a rally at school?

You could always cut away part of the quote and just use the last line. No offense, but it looks pretty ugly to have a quote nest sig.
