Reveal Confessions, Secrets & Regrets...
"Hello sir, welcome to Ihop, my name is Blank and I will be your server this morning. May I get you started on anything to drink?" No reply. "May I get you started on anything to drink?" No reply, so I speak louder. He finally just says coffee. I go get him the mug and who pitcher fill it up with coffee and leave him be. He complains, "This isn't warm enough, or the coffee is too hot, or the coffee isn't tasting good enough. Little do you guys realize that he always requests to sit in a booth to fit four, even though he takes up one space and should sit in a booth for 2 or table for 2. For those of you who don't have a job or never a waiter/server, every shift you get a certain group of tables you manage and serve. And if there are around 8 servers on the floor, you're only going to have around 5-6 tables to watch. Now lets think about that, the usual tip is around 3-5 dollars per table, and if i'm working my hardest to kiss [wagon] and make tips in the mornings, and some [wagon] comes up and requests one of my good tables(booth for four can get me $6+) and not only is he demanding and rude, its detrimental to my business as a server. He stays there forever, and so every morning i'm minus one table. So [bleep] you guys.

Reveal Confessions, Secrets & Regrets...
There is this black attorney that always comes in every morning to ihop, and always requests me to be his server for the mornings. He's rude, ugly, and is constantly listening to his iPod and reading his papers. He only orders coffee and doesn't tip. Little does he know that I spit in his coffee cup every morning. Joke's on you [bleep]. [bleep] the law. Also, i'm currently in a new relationship of 3 months with a girl I settled for, and she was someone special a long time ago but not anymore. I kind of settled for her because I couldn't bear to be lonely anymore, and especially though a cold and potential lonely winter. However there are a few love interests that have reappeared into my life, which they have reciprocated my feelings a tad bit late, and I don't know which to choose. Its so difficult on me, because I really do love my girlfriend very much and something special has developed in the past three months. I'm afraid of breaking what we have and never being able to have it again. But a part of me wants to let go and try with the original love interest of the year. Let's call her Jess. So Jess and I had a thing together for about 6 months until I never asked her to be mine because there was a mutual agreement that nothing would happen because we were too good of friends to each other. However things blow over and turn out that we do like each other too much, and it was endangering our actual standing. But since now, I'm in a better position to make decisions and comfortable with my life as it now; she comes out of hiding and is hunting me down to have a beer and chat. God help me.

Let the backpackers unite. Anyone show love for this under-appreciated genre?

Electronic Music
What's up with the recent influx of love for Dubstep, DnB, IDM, or Drillcore? Its been around forever, but it seems recently people are taking interest into it. Also, its Electronic Dance Music(EDM) for future references. You're going to find what you're looking for much more accurately if you use the correct terms. I listen to way too much [bleep]ing EDM, have about 120gigs. However I listen to mostly: UK Hardcore, Gabber, Hardstyle, Hard Trance, Goa, Vocal Trance, or IDM.

Classical Music
I absolutely despise Neo-classical, all new forms of orchestrated music, and easy listening. I also hate Tchaikovsky, Bach, Mozart and Vivaldi. I laugh at people why say Tchaikovsky or Vivaldi are geniuses when it came to music, but it really was the garbage of the Romantic era style. Vivaldi was much more classical anyways. Favorite conductor definitely has to be Leonard Bernstein and his endeavors with the New York Philharmonic. When he did Shostakovitch, it was a dream live. RIP. :< Composers I like: Rachmaninoff Chopin Stravinsky F. Schubert Rossini Felix Mendelssohn Schumann Wagner Brahms Dvorak Liszt There are a lot more composers that I listen to, but there's so many Romantic era artists that I can't keep track of them. I'd rather keep up with modern day conductors and solo artists. I listen to Opera as well, if anyone is interested.

Manga/Anime Discussion
By the way guys, don't get deterred by this. Most seinen manga is going to have something gory or some nudity like this. Most the the manga i've recommended are seinen. Shamo is about an inmate who got out and became a martial artist. Out of my list, I suggest these manga the most: 20th Century Boys Pluto Vinland Saga Vagabond Shin Angyo Onshi Also,

How many of you frequent some sort of *chan?
Isnt there a 2chan too? And someone told me the Russians had a 7chan. Don't forget JackieChan... 2chan is the original japanese futaba board.

How many of you frequent some sort of *chan?
Haha its not really a rule, its all cool. I laugh at those who think they're part of some secret internet society club and try to enforce those rules upon others. Its really tragic and depressing.

That one was absolutely awesome, and so was the anime. Also Mushishi, been meaning to see that for ages. Nodame live action drama is very good too. The actors are right on dot. Mushishi has to be my favorite manga/anime. The story and artwork is just beautiful, and if you're a native speaker, there's a lot more meaning behind the names of things.

Manga/Anime Discussion
I never mentioned Bleach. :U Eyeshield 21 is a great manga, good character development, and interesting female roles. Zombie Powder was utter crap, a huge disappointment really. I mean what can you expect, it was one of Kubo Tite's first releases, the art work is awful, and the story line doesn't save it. Eh, Dragon Ball Z is Dragon Ball Z. A masterpiece. Kateikyoshi Hitman Reborn is awful in my opinion. The characters are redundant, however the artwork really is incredible. The story arcs drag on, and the artist somehow manages to put filler into her own manga. Typical Shounen Jump garbage.

First Digiart
AH thanks for the tip. I think i'm going to work on a second one asap. Purples and blues, hmm... Interesting color choice for a tan skintone. I'll try it! It all depends on the environment :) Using colours from the background to shade your subject can help the person better fit into the environment because the colours in your environment will reflect onto your skin. Here are some examples: [hide=] Notice the yellow/gold shadows? And then there's also pink on the face, in addition to just tans and browns. It helps the person look natural in the environment since the background is a goldish colour.[/hide] [hide=] Notice the purple shadows on the girl.[/hide] [hide=] There's a big of purple on the left side of the face, but mostly there's a lot of red and yellow. There's also some purple shadows on her shirt.[/hide] So you don't strictly have to stick to purples and blues, that was just an example. It all depends on your background/environment. That's why it's usually good to decide the background before working on the subject. Those were all randomly picked from deviantART by the way. Hm, so digipainting really does have the same qualities as traditional art work hm? So should I work my brushes like I work oilpaints? Because so far i've been painting like its watercolor, which is throwing me off very much. It seems I need to work off of a much more pinkish skin tone rather than traditional tans and olives. I wish I could diffuse my colors .__. I've always been taught to let the hues touch hues to create lines, however its hard considering I can't pull as much colors from the palette as I can in real life. I think my trouble is that I don't create enough gradual change in my colors.
