As a native speaker, I really don't know where you should start. However you should start memorizing your kana, and then reading children's books. Then when you get comfortable enough, expand your vocabulary and get a book on Kanji. There are several rules and tricks to them which are very convenient to use.

I really don't know where i'm headed. I only do traditional art, so this was a very long and frustrating experience for me. Mixing colors in real life is so different than using the color wheel in photoshop. So is it possible if I could get some pointers?

If I were you, i'd crop out the right side, its very blank and distracts the eyes. Good use of those neon rope things, brings the subject into focus better. I think the transitions from the sides are very abrupt, try smoothing it out better?

Bumblebee :D I feel that the original should not be touched. Your revised photo looks unnatural and very surrealistic, unless that's what you were going for. I like the shape and movement of the cloud in the unedited version, its very classy.

I like the composition you created, its interesting and fun to look at. However the way you executed it is very iffy. I would try to add more light around her face, especially where the hair touches her cheeks so you can separate the hair from the skin. Right now it looks like they're blended too much and confuses the reader's eyes. Also, when we look at the piece, her right arm is too bright, you might want to blur it out and darken it, as if you messed with the aperture settings on a camera. The filter on her dress is absolutely stunning. I like how the light reflects off of it and gives a very warm but fluid texture. Good flow and attention to lighting. I think the most interesting part about this piece is that you have two focal points. One, her head, and two, that rose/spiral part you have on the dress. It has good lighting balance, and reads well. The only thing derailing the fluidity of the piece are those wings. They look like they don't belong there, and the way they're blurred out doesn't help either. Why is she in focus while her wings are not? Is that a message? If this piece was mine, I would personally crop out the top to the middle of her hair. Right now it looks like it has too much negative space in the background and just gives it fluff and air to glace at. Overall, 7/10, Great piece, you definitely have talent. Also, don't listen to those people who are ranting on the lacking of the rule of thirds. The rule of thirds can be ignored if you have a subject matter in the center of the piece with off standing focal points. Its great because they're both symbiotic together.

What are you talking about? "About just as good?" Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is a masterpiece as a whole series. Endless Waltz can't even get near the amount of glory Jojo's Bizarre Adventure has. I find a disliking for anything AU, except Turn A. You should definitely read Steel Ball Run, one of the best Jojo excerpts imo.

Not a huge fan of the filters on the photos, but they do look great. The only thing that is bothering me, is that the horizon line is smack dab in the center and creates tension between the bottom and the top. I don't know where I should be focusing. I think if you take the filters off and recrop the photos they would look even better. :D

Ferris Beuler's Day Off 88. Borat True that. But the thing is that this list is a "100 movies to see before you die. " Not a top 100 movies list. Most of those movies you compiled into your list are very watch worthy, even if they don't have a deep storyline or good character development.

To me, God is your conscience. Believe in what you can do, and you'll attain your goals someday. You can't bring food to the table with praying alone. :D

93' Miata. Had to buy it myself, and I got it cheap for only $2,500. I have to pay for my own insurance too. :/ My Miata is a beast, 1.8L engine, rear wheel drive, and I have a new drive shaft inside. Currently saving up for a cool air intake system, trying to get more horse power without spending too much.
