I'm not sure where to train at 40 (I did lessars till 50 but i'm not sure if that's the fastest way) but I would highly recommend using a bow, and not a throwable weapon. The loss of the ranging attack bonus without the bow isn't good...

I'm pretty sure flyfishing is the fastest, no matter at what level...

I am a huge fan of prayer. Doing all the stuff I do I use prayer all of the time, having to pray and use ppots all of the time. It's just awesome. So I'd suggest getting it to atleast 60 (even though I'm only at 58 myself). Can't hurt having it that high.

I didn't really notice a difference until 70. And yes, trunks = newb

I'm an avid supporter of making hard leather bodies. That's just my thing, I don't really care for skilling too too much, and I actually enjoyed getting crafting from 45-50 for Legends with about 900 HL bodies. It should (obviously) be even much faster for you.

Hey there, please forgive me if a topic like this has already been started, and if so, a link and a close of this thread would be awesome! I finally got myself to do Legends today, and I remembered how I read about shadow warriors and how they're a great training spot, due to the left half dragon shield. I see that they are aggressive, so this will help narrow down the answer to my question(s). Are they worth fighting? Is the dragon drop ratio better on these guys as people say? Or is it the simple fact that more people kill these than other creatures, which makes more drops? I'm down here right now, checking out the forums, and taking a break from questing, and I definatly would like a "safe" (they're pretty wussy) way of casually working combats while "semi" afk (I check game every 5-10 second sor so, and use headphones to listen to all sounds) So basically my question is a multiparter; is their drop ratio actually higher than other monsters; and are they worth "afk" fighting? I seriously think if it wasn't for this place I'd be like 500 skill points and a bunch of money and quests behind where I am now :) Updates; Feb 4th Underground pass done Legends done All parts except fighting Culinromancer (need dt, 175 qp) done! 5 KQ killed - I died once due to lag (never even reached her), and my good ole buddy returned everything. (Didnt even have to worry). To do tonight/tomorrow: Tears of guthix quest/minigame Thieving to 52 Perhaps checking out the mage arena, want b2p soon.

After doing a few quests, and starting Underground Pass (only thing stopping me from Legends and more of RfD) I guilded altar'd 300 dbones at wep's house. Got 55-58 prayer and combat 92. Then did 15 trips of KQ with weponsgood, pretty much got spit and slapped in the face the entire time... we litterally got an addy spear, nothing, and an addy spear, in 3 trips. And Spinny even decided to stop by... Then we decided to do one barrows trip before bed, and i was currently on a dry streak of 40-50+ :( then?!

Ahh, my veracs stuff not helping aparently! Good try buddy, I'm sure the practice is gonna pay off, and you'll get it done soon. Better get it done within the next 2-3 weeks cause I'm starting to do it then, and I might have to get it before you... *wink* P.S. - BBallchamp = trustable with veracs st0f.

Just finished a bunch of quests today, going for QP/skills, especially thieving EXP. Got a couple bandit's brew's in the bank, and am about 7k exp away from 49 thieving. Then to do underground pass, and then to do legends! Finally.. And then another part of rfd! Go me.

Hey guys! Thanks for trying to keep my post alive guys, but it's not needed :) If people don't want to reply, it's cool. I'll keep posting with me updates and that's enough. Thanks again though :) So yeah, our wireless cards stopped picking up on the wireless router nearby, so we went to the local Internet place and had them assign a guy to come hook us up. Finish getting smithing to 50. Now tanning about 1,200 hides into hard leather. Haven't figured it out yet how many I'll need, but will do that while crafting. Then after 50 crafting all I will need to do is Underground pass and 50 Thieving for Legends. Woohoo!

I think most people aren't caring to respond to this because of how big of a longshot this is. I think you should focus on getting like 40-60 HL before thinking about 99, no? If no, ... ugh, go for it?

Sorry sir, we shall speel things korrectly from now on. Only like... 1/5th of them down there are levle 92s, the other ones are less levels than that. The lower level ones don't really hit you often, so when you do see one of the 92s, just switch and attack him and kill him first. He doesn't hit you too often even with 63 defense.

I've heard you do have better luck if you stay down there for one long continuous time, instead of spreading the 10k chaos runes out over time,.. (like I've done..) You think that's true, toast?

I would only kill steel dragons, like said above, they have a 1 in 75 chance of dropping. That doesn't mean if you kill 75 you'd get it though, you could kill 1,000 and never get one... Odds are just odd, also like said above! Heading there now actually :)

I'm down there sometimes, and when I meet people who've gotten chains down there, they said that they always have RoW on. I use it, too.
