  1. Haha, I guess you guys are right. I've only JUST done the monkey madness quest, never really even noticed the altar. Although it IS inside of a temple. Oh, definatly didn't put 1 + 1 together there. Isn't my face red... But yes, the dagganoths auto attack. Only problem is people often cannon down there, getting most of the exp away from ya.
  2. True, I highly agree that sometimes people are just too low of levels/skills and shouldn't be at PC yet. It just ruins it for other people... and yes I admitted this of myself when I was like 70 combat.. Haven't been at PC since trying it out one day though. No PC for me. :) Lessar Daemons, Fire Giants, and Dust Devils for my range training...
  3. There isn't a difference in speed when gathering the ess... You'll just now get p ess like it was rune ess. Congrats on getting members, and good luck :) You'll now be making like 3x the amount of cash by doing the same exact actions.
  4. Bah! Toast, I was just about to edit my post and put that in. Too fast. :)
  5. Yeah, like he said, there are four. You have to finish the Horror from the Deep quest, which allows you to get whatever book you want. You then get the four pages and put them in the book. Voila.
  6. Yeah, they definatly drop a TON of limps. I don't think you really have to worry about your defenses though, they're pretty weak.. You should be able to slaughter a ton, and I bet you'll have to leave to empty all of the limpworts/herbs in your bank rather than needing more food. And yes, it's to the east of Relekka. If you have 48 agility, you can take the log balance shortcut from north of seers, otherwise you have to walk around.
  7. I would suggest doing monkfish asap. They're amazing.
  8. That's pretty expensive with the prayer potions though. I'd go with the dagganoth recommendation, you can stay down there forever with full food.
  9. Yeah, I recently had a full pack while doing this, teleported out of atoll and lost the greegree. You have to back to the little monkey child, he'll cry cause you lost his toy. After he stops crying you talk to him again and he says his grandmother gave him a new one. Unfortunately like the first person said, you can't buy the talisman until you get the first one from him, cause you can't buy from the monkey vendors until you're a monkey.
  10. I have had the same thing happen to me as about three of my other friends. Takes like 1-2 hours to get to black/mith, and then only another 1 hour to get the rune. I would just suggest killing the addy armors because they're not quite as hard as rune, but they still give you decent tokens. Also, make sure you "use" your previous defender on the woman outside of the room. I do it JUST to make sure she knows to set me up with my next defender... Kind of OCD in that respect. Good luck.
  11. I think this guy pretty much summed it up, no other conversation needed. If you don't have/can't afford barrows, then get granite. End of discussion!
  12. I had a pretty hard time with getting myself to 50 agility. It's such an amazing skill to have, and it litterally makes EVERY other skill (pretty much) faster to get done, faster to get to certain places... But god is it boring. Keep up the good work man :)
  13. Yeah, i'm sitting here pondering everything I'm going to need in a few weeks when I take on Jad. You're sitting there wondering how you can restrict yourself and still get it done. Ultra-impressive! Way more impressive to me than ten sets of party hats. gj man :)
  14. Update: Now going to work on getting Legends Requirements, and maybe a few Green Dragons here and there. Thieving to 49 - Master Gardener Crafting to 50 - Flax Smithing to 49 - Iron Knives Currently: Smithing 5k Iron Knives
  15. Finished Fairy Tale 1 Got agility to just under 48 (soon can do MM part of rfd) just did part of fairy tale 2 for fairy rings GOD so much easier getting here to monkfish colony w/ring system.. man!
  16. Good luck, I have about 7k nats to rc and i'm putting it off. Glad to see you're making me look bad :)
  17. Good luck on your agility, Wakka. I'm currently training agility from 45-48 for the MM part of RfD, and it's making me dizzy. Nevermind 99, ugh! Go0d luck!
  18. Yeah, I'm going to try to put stories in as much as I can, give something different to my blog to make it different than the otehr 100,000 of em out there :)
  19. Thanks.. anyone else have anything new, or to reitterate what he said?
  20. I'm currently in the works of getting the legends requirements i will need the following: 45-50 Crafting 42-49 Thieving 43-50 Agility 45-49 Smithing I understand there are different ways to work each skill, I know that, but what I'm looking at finding out from you guys is; what is the cheapeast and fastest way of doing it? I don't mind spinning flax if that is truely the fastest, I'll buy it. Or buying golden ore and using smithing gauntlets... I'm just curious at what everyone thinks I should do. Please give your FASTEST way for each skill. Thanks!
  21. Updated with a little story about an attempted lure, and picture of me buddy hyt noob, teh luxor Gspear finder. Currently: About to do Underground Pass and get the following skills for Legends: 45-50 Crafting 42-49 Thieving 43-50 Agility 45-49 Smithing With Legends completed, I'll be able to have the Legends Cape (something I really want to use for future wilderness outgoings, since they're pretty much free), and be able to go one step further with RfD!
  22. Thanks Currently: Trying to sell my torags legs and chest, and going to try to buy Karils leathertop/skirt before I back to Dust Devils.
