It's best to use bandos w/ a bunyip and occasionally ss in the ac. For ct fiends, pray mage while they're aggro and ss as necessary in bandos with an geyser/iron/steel titan.

What about people who use them for slayer/Nex as a glove and not a primary weapon? (Of course, this could change with more glove pieces coming out) I don't really see that as an issue because they're not significantly better than barrows gloves. I'd rather see them add gloves to fill in the 80-99 gap.

Jagex could move goliaths into the weapon slot (think claws) and just disable the use of gloves with them. They could be split into right and left goliaths too, so you can dual wield or use a shield.

You've put my fear into words. You could try using barrows, bandos, or a new set of armor. There's absolutely no reason to use dragon.

I'd give it shield abilities and decent defense stats, as well as attack stats comparable to a black/mith defender (like it is now), and maybe a special ability or two.

that would seriouslly devalue rune I would guess? does'nt granite have slightly better stats and potentially a better LP boost? unless rune is 50, granite is 55, dragon is 60 keeping granite the mid point between rune - dragon. On another note if your say 90 def like I am and train in dragon for example will your LP boost be reduced, I mean what armour is there to use non-degradable at 90 defense maximise your LP boost? Rune would be the highest tier available to f2p, so no, it wouldn't really devalue anything.

I would put granite on the same level as rune. It'd just be a better member's version.

@myr the farmer cures the plant the cycle after it becomes diseased, so you lose 2 cycles. If you cure it yourself, it can grow during the next growth window like normal, so you save a full cycle. I doubt that its worth it, though.

? Remote farming only allows you to cure and check if it's fully grow whatever you plant. How could it be useful for Suomi? Dead plants means less xp and so therefore, remote farm would make it more efficient? ? You can pay to the gardener when planting Wood trees, Fruit trees and Calquat (which is what people plant for Farming XP). You lose 2 growth cycles each time the plant gets diseased, so it's faster to remote farm during each growth window.

We shouldn't let this overrock a good update. Sure, we lose a bit of lore, but dual wielding is pretty cool. Let's not forget that.

Runeshark did a video of places to use the PPS and another of places NOT to use the PPS. Saradomin was a definite no-no. He was splashing on her QUITE often, and the minion attacks were tearing him up in his mage gear (not that the latter matters so much in a mass), and if I remember right he was wearing Virtus, so can't really get much better than that... Melee or Ranged are MUCH better options for Sara. Well if you read this, you see: Now cls+divine isn't as accurate as maul obviously, but the leech defence benefits the cls as well... and frankly I trust Latin more than I trust RuneShark. If you can't afford virtus/arcane, I doubt you'll have enough magic attack to make mage comparable to a maul.
