Real Screamo vs Bad Screamo
I'd hate to double post, but this song has been bothering me for a while. I can't seem to be able to put it into a genre. It sounds like screamo, but there's definitely metal influences, plus a sort of uniqueness that makes it hard to classify. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpJB2Wtsvo8

You're over-complicating things: if there's a band that you like that you think legitimately deserves more fans, then it goes on the thread.

Most overrated band/artist
I already did. Click Oh hey, I even remember that thread as well. isn't it hard to tell when a band is underrated? most people confuse underrated with unknown, just because a band isn't mainstream or have a major label doesn't mean they are underrated. you'd have to define underrated to me. overrated music on the other hand is everywhere For the purpose of the topic, underrated is defined as not getting the recognition that's deserved.

I used to live for that show <3:- You were on your way home...
It was an interesting read, but it didn't [bleep] my mind in any way at all.- What are you listening to right now!?

I got an ancient page 3 from a clue. Hoping to trade it for a bat staff (which seems unlikely at this point).- Tourists
Down here we have a lot of tourists during the winter, not foreigners, but mostly elderly people from up north. They are horrible drivers that annoy the hell out of everyone down here. Most people understand that they don't know the city very well and stuff, but it's still quite an inconvenience. But I think that tourists should know at least some English, or at least enough to politely say that they don't speak English; which is basically our standard for visiting other countries.- Most overrated band/artist

- summoning. How combat related is it really?
For the most part it is combat related. Without combat there aren't any good ways to gain charms, and most of the familiars were made for combat (be it for fighting, healing, or storing food/potions). The other familiars are just bonuses that make the skill more useful.- What are you listening to right now!?

I would call them screamo, but definitely not the purest form of screamo.- Obama calls an end to combat operations in Iraq
I'm really not sure where to stand on this. On one hand if we withdraw, then we lose a lot of defense, but if we keep troops in then just as many people die. Whatever though, we'll see what happens soon enough.- An Elitist's View on Crashing
Being disrespectful is so much fun! Don't you agree? I'm really sorry, but I don't think crashing is disrespectful. All it is is stepping on a bug. Honestly, that's the best way I can describe it.- An Elitist's View on Crashing
All I was saying was not to assume that I was talking to you. And I am positive, so you don't need to worry your little head about that anymore.- An Elitist's View on Crashing
Lrn2Metaphor. I'm not saying being crashed on RS is anywhere close to RL =.= Since when was I talking to you? Since everybody is free to post on forums =] And that means that my general statement was immediately meant for someone with 50 post count that no one's ever heard of? Nice  Anyway, let's get back on topic before it gets locked.- An Elitist's View on Crashing

Sure, crashing is wrong in single combat areas where there is little to no competition, but in certain situations, such as boss hunting or during one of those crowded tasks, crashing is acceptable. If you can't find an empty spot, why should you sacrifice your xp when you can sacrifice someone else? It may be selfish, but in a game where he concept of survival of the fittest is so strong, there shouldn't be anything wrong with it. Obviously if you have been crashed you didn't like it. And why should you? Imagine that you own a small business, then a big corporation opens up next door. You're not going to be able to compete and you are going to lose your business. That is wrong. There is very little argument there, since the big corporation is threatening your livelihood. But in a game, there is no such thing as a livelihood. If a 138 crashes a level 110 at Bandos, no one is going to lose their house, or their business, or their family, or their own life, or their possessions, no one will lose anything. It's really not a big deal. If you think it is, it's only because you liken it to the example I gave about the big corporation. Runescape is a game and should only be compared to real life in the rarest of situations, this not being one of them. That is my opinion, nothing can change it.- An Elitist's View on Crashing
I completely understand what you're saying. It's not nice, but there's definitely a reason for it.- what rs item, ability ect would you want irl?
I recently put a bit more thought into this and decided that I would just like the free haircuts. Being able to get colors in my hair without damaging it too. Of course I would like to keep my iconic, sexy hair and not have to use one of Jagex's gross designs. It's the only thing I can see myself using and not getting thrown into prison for a few years. - Old-school cartoons
