I never really put much thought into it, but I think making momentum build adrenaline at about half the speed of using basics and then not have it be cancelled by thresholds and ultimates would be a better solution. That way you could still get decent dps with momentum if you use thresholds, or you could get bad dps by not using any abilities, or you could get really good dps by using basics instead of momentum to build adrenaline. I don't think that's the best solution, but I think it's better than what they're considering.

I'd rather have a somewhat ok solution than no solution at all. Jagex doesn't seem intent on solving the underlying problem. If they release this as a solution, you know there won't be a better one for a long time.

I don't really remember bandos gwd that much, but one of the protect prayers (ranged?) Basically prevents combos. Just use ss on the minions.

Most of the "efficiency" stuff is satirical. Don't take it too seriously. Obviously everyone in EE is a human (except me, I'm a tree), so we're not going to push ourselves to death in the name of efficiency. Don't single out any individual member as inefficient or unknowledgeable. EE is more about learning how to be efficient and what constitutes efficiency than it is about being efficiency in general. Also, I accept apps that involve warbands because I'm not an idiot.

I can be skeptical on the weatherman that said tomorrow will rain and I'm not that much insecure that need to doubt a weatherman speech. You know, we all said atleast once on the past that there's a lot of bad doctors around the world. So, are we all terribly insecure that we even need to doubt about hundreds of thousands of people (doctors)? Ofcourse! You randomly accused a front-page player of doing something (and you did a terrible job of making it clear what you're accusing him of) in response to me saying that I think warbands are bad for the game. That reflects much more negatively on you than it does on Gunnar, regardless of whether or not your accusation is true.

Bonfires are less efficient than rocktails. Never do them. How can you commet on Bonfires when you don't do wbs? Not doing warbands is 3x as inefficent as bonfires. A bit hypocritical imo. Because I don't want to actively participate in an activity that I consider extremely toxic to the long-term health of the game. I consider Dragonseance to be extremely toxic for the game. It's his play style to partially DIY certain things. It may be more efficient to do things differently (like leaving bars and getting more kills per trip for better gp/hour) but it's his choice, and should be respected as such. (Not aimed at you specifically, but at the forum community as a whole) No need to get all preachy. We can't memorise and store the play style of every user whoever asks from help anywhere on the forums. Yes not everyone may want to take the advice of the most efficient way to play, but people are only trying to be helpful when they bring it up (unless it entirely contradicts the question asked) since generally speaking most average players want to be reasonably efficient and do find it helpful. not to mention I don't think it's efficient to pick up steel bars at steels even if you DIY. Especially outside of Kuradel's. It isn't efficient no matter what Blaze just does what he wants That doesn't mean that we have any obligation to give sub-par advice, though.
