regen/cmb brace, or get mithril gloves from recipe for disaster theyre pretty good, have +6 str, i have them on my pure.

um, ive tried pking with range in f2p, its not fun. theres strength beasts running around with r2h's hitting mid 20's and my max is 18, even with prayer. about the only advantage is that range is the fastest fighting style. magic blows in f2p, so really its usually melee > range > magic

*looks at 16m range xp* hm well sometimes i get pissed at meleers too. for me, ive just seen it as a personal preference. some people like meleeing, some like ranging, others like magic. many like a combination of those. theres idiots in every combat class, so just try to deal with it.

gilformen is retiring. i might be on every now and then just to hang out and talk a little, but im moving on for many reasons. thanks to all my friends who kept rs enjoyable, stilly, kota, purepure, anti, digi, dragonking, paul, senty, trobi, boomstick, olly, bacon, and if i didnt list you, sorry, you people continue being hawt. last few milestones, 2 lvls short of my magic goal. ah well :P keep playing rs, its fun and addictive, keep your life in focus too. theres my mini-rant. bye.

gilformen was my first account, i made it secretly after i saw my brother playing rs and he said i shouldnt play. i kinda wish i listened. made gilformen during classic, played as much as school and parents allowed since. made gi1formen, my first pure, didnt even get to 40 range, quit it and forgot pass. made eats_magic, got 60 range, then got 40 def. quit, forgot pass. made a few others just for new clever names i thought of, most ive forgotten passes for. made ha1f_elf over a year ago, remembered pass a few months ago, my best pure so far, 81 range/60 slayer/1100+ total etc at 62 cmb. this last year has been the most enjoyable, but i also spent way too much time nolifing, so im quitting.

i usually just get together with friends to hang out, eat a lot of food, and watch incredibley cheesy horror movies from years ago. as for a costume... i figured a fun one would be scrounging for stuff to dress as rorschach, a character from the watchmen graphic novel.
