im not sure of current prices, just buy 1-2k chins and bring an inv of ppots and a super anti, and test how much xp your getting. calc how many you'll need for 90, then keep doing xp tests every few levels.

for pking, yes. all hope is lost. your melee skills are average, but better for fighting npcs, pking with str in the 70's won't work. your range is decent, but not good enough for hitting through melee gear. and your magic isnt even high enough for ice blitz. plus you raised summon, so that settles it. you can be successful in other areas, and realise theres more to a game then trying to pwn noobs, you can still try to pk anyways and get eaten alive by people lower than you with a few maxed stats, or if you really Really feel the urge to pk, you can carefully plan a training regimen and create a pure. i'd go with option a.
