Me and my little brother, got 2k swamp tars, and loads of combat xp from cave slimes, we just use food instead of anti poisens, (bring 1 or 2) I 1 hit them, he 2 hits them. in about an hour and a half we got 2k and a load of xp. So i'd say, both are good ways :)

How much does it even damage you ? o.0?? And.. It makes pirates treasure too easy if u can just go in tzaar cave, bank it and take it out bank at draynor and give it to the pirate

Heres me... Mining away mining iron in the dwarven mines.. Step two.. instead of dropping... I run to the party hall and put 28 iron in... i can mine again now...
