how do i make 10mil for a d chain fast?
dragon chains arn't for looking rich always.. i want it because yes i can repair my veracs, ahrims, dh, and karils at once.. but.. i never make my money, i always come across a good drop so im kinda new to making money. the other reason i want a d chain is because maybe im tired of rune.... :-$ call me rich if u want idc lol i have a fury, whip, borrows sets, inf boots, blk cav mask, d sq..ect. and im proud :P Torags Plate = 500k Thats a whole 9.5mil cheaper for a better item. Maximum Repair cost every 15 hours of combat - 90k 10 repairs are 900k. 100 repairs are 9mil Therefore for the price you pay for the dragon chain, you can get Torags plate and repair it, 105 times. That's 1575 hours of combat or 65 days continuous fighting. This cost reduces if you have a repair stand in your house and a decent smithing level. Trust us, a dragon chain is not worth the cash. It's purely to show off with.

Slayer Advice
Not braved the GWD yet. What's the best way to dress? I have the ancient mace, various Sara and Zammy things and can get the pendant back. Do I need to wield the mace to make the Bandos people stop attacking me?

Thanks. I use his guide which is where I read about Gargoyles! Also he suggest to skip Warped Tortoises but I find them an OK task to do.

I don't think I'm being that fussy. Turoth, Kursaks and Steel Dragons I think most people skip. Same with Spiritual Warriors. I did a task of Gargoyles once and I did like doing them and they gave me good XP, however I was just a bit scared after reading you can die if you lag out. However if the consensus is they have changed this then I will give them another go, still with a ring of life though. I hope tonight I am a bit luckier with my assignments.

Training meelee skills all or only 1??
I took them up in levels of 5 in the order Atk/Str/Def. Once you hit 80 you have no real need for more defense as you will have decent armour and will kill monster fast enough for it not to be much of an issue. Also at 80 I found I was hitting more often than not, so changed the order to Str/Atk. My plan will be Str to 90, then Atk to 90. Then (if it isn't already through Guthaning some tasks) Def to 85. I will then get 95 Str, 95 Atk, 90 Def. Before taking them all to 99. HP will take care of itself.

did air runes go down in price?
I think you need 77 rc to make proft with airs paying 2k a time. Use the ZMI altar.

Best weapon for Str Train
Dharoking at the gorillas on Ape Atoll is probably the best. Normal training though scimmy wins. Some people say Barrelchest Anchor but I wasn't impressed.

Gargoyles are OK but if you lag out (happens to me a lot for some reason) then they will kill you as you can't deliver the finishing blow. That's why I skip them. not true u get logged out - jagex changed that within the last 2 months Hmmm will have to try them then. I will be honest I use SS and that seems to crash at least once a night for some reason. Last night it happened whilst I was at the Black Dragons. Luckily I was praying but when I logged in it said I was already logged in. I hit connect again and it connected (after 61 seconds).

Slayer Advice
Anyone know of a way to ensure a reasonable task? Last night I finished up Fire Giants and went to Shilo. Turoth so I changed it to Dwaves and went back to Shilo. Gargoyles so I changed it to Desert Lizards. As I was near lost Lost City, I went there. Kursaks so I changed it to Wolves and went back to Shilo. Black Dragons, only 10 so I bit the bullet and did them, went back to Shilo thinking it was time for a decent task. Steel Dragons so I changed it to Cave Crawlers, back to Shilo. Spiritual Warriors so I have changed to wolves. Then I got really really annoyed and logged off. I know Lost City always gives you your top task 50% of the time, but my top task is Necreyals and tbh they are annoying to range. Therefore I stick with Shilo. Any ideas how to get decent tasks pretty commonly?

Or just buy Torag's plate a fraction of the cost.

safespots
The Level 90's do only attack melee, but they are in a dungeon with other dagannoths who attack with range.

Runecrafting Bloods
I support but a few of your facts are off. As someone quite rightly said the levels for Blood and Souls have already been set. Unless Jagex have taken them out, you get a "you can now craft blood runes" message once you hit the right level. Also I am 99% sure the altar will be in Castle Draken. If you do the Darkness of the Hallowvale quest there are hints of blood crafting in the lab, and also the whole area thrives on blood. Vampires and blood tithes instantly spring to mind. Before deaths were released Jagex gave us a whopping great hint it would be in that area, the guy who gives 50 deaths for a cat. The Castle Draken storyline is building up to a master level quest. No doubt you will at somepoint have to slay Count Draken (you get a glimpse of his power during the quest) who is going to be a formidable foe. The reward will be blood crafting.

If I....
You can make a little selling bars if you mine your own iron.

If I....
I'd say no. Cannonballs are the only profit making smeltable item. You could always sell the bars.

Buy or not guthans??
My advice would be to get Guthans and train your slayer up. If you don't care about your slayer then you should not be buying Guthans. If you get Guthans, keep the plate and skirt on for most of your tasks. This will mean you don't have to get a fighter torso or dragon legs. (fighter requires playing a minigame and legs are still too expensive for what they are) Barrows gloves are pretty standard as are dragon boots. Use a glory or a fury if you have money to burn. Get a rune defender for the shield slot. Then use whip if ya training atk or def, and a dragon scimmy if your training strength. If you train slayer with Guthans your drops will pay for the repair. At 72 smithing, it only costs me 120-140k every 12 hours of fighting. Last Warped Tortoise assignment I had netted me 4 rune warhammers (400k to lvl 3 treasure trailers)

Farming Question
Lot's of really bad advice here. Always pay the farmers for all trees. Last thing you want is to spend 60k on a tree and for it to die. The payments are NOT hard to get. Stock up on apples and tomatoes at the Culinecromancers Chest. Banana's are right at the Karamaja glory teleport. Pineapples from that guy in Catherby. Cactus spines are easily obtained yourselves. I would also not bother buying seeds. I get seeds by putting 1.4 million in the MTK minigame. Get 100% favour then set the flax to full and the maples to 50%. Now every week put in another 525k and get your favour back to 100% (takes about 3 minutes). You will get approx 9k flax, 3.5k maples and 30 birds nests. Most of the nests will have tree seeds in (few will have rings/eggs). You can easily sell the flax/maples to get 900k+ back weekly, meaning your seeds are free. Do a tree run once a day. If you run out of seeds, buy oaks/apples cheaply. Do as many allotment runs as you can. I suggest buying a vast amount of cabbage seeds (cheap and common) for use in 3 plots. The other plot use watermelons/sweetcorn/strawberries (suggest Catherby due to close proximity to bank). Always pay the farmer to look after strawberries as no plant protects them. As for herbs use the highest seeds you have. If you are planting Ranarr or Snapdragon then I suggest only using one seed at a time and using an amulet of nature to ensure you get best use of your seeds. Don't worry about bushes or hops. Here are my "runs": TREES (I drop logs and roots (cept yew and mage roots) and keep fruit) Start Catherby (Fruit/Bank) Tele to Lumby (Tree) Tele to Fally (Tree) Run to Taverly (Tree) Tele to Varrock (Tree) Run to spirit tree, take tree to Gnome Village (Fruit) Run back to spirit tree, take tree to Gnome Stronghold (Fruit/Bank/Tree) Tele to Ardy, run to docks, sail to Brimhaven (Fruit) Run to Calquat Patch(Very very rare, take extra cammy tele runes if you have Calquat as Carter Ships are not an option) Which then leads on to: ALLOTMENT (I keep sacks of cabbages for some reason so tend to bank) Carter ship to Catherby, buy pineapples for super compost.(Bank) (Allotment/Super Compost/Bank) Run to Ardy (Allotment) Glory to Draynor (Bank/Belladonna/Allotment) Duel Ring to Al Kharid (Cactus/Bank) Ecto to Canafis (Allotment/Bank/Mushroom) The allotment run can be tailored to suit your farming level and if you keep the produce. For example if you don't keep produce nor can farm Belladonna then you should just Glory to Draynor/allotment/Ecto to Canafis. No need to bank nor visit the belladonna patch. More advanced farmers can get bushes/hops patches included in various runs, but I honestly don't think the casual farmer should bother with them. I only include belladonna/cactus/mushroom as they are on route (belladonna/mushroom) or give me a chance to bank (cactus).
