Black Demons hit hard, you cannot tell me you rarely need to eat on a task of 180+ of them. I see people 120cb+ using prayer/Guthans there. Same with Kalphites and others.

Do "Hand in the Sand" quest for lots of sand (over 200 I think) delivered to your bank every day, if you speak to Bert. NPC Contact from the Lunar spell book makes this a breeze.

Worth it for XP not for keeping. Once you can catch red chins though you should go for them.

Guthans is well worth it. The drops you get will pay for the repair cost. Abby Spectres, wear prayer gear and bring 4 prayer pots. You will get 4 ranarrs in most trips. Dust Devils, use bones to peaches. Black Demons, some can Guthan them but I still pray on them. Waste of a prayer pot but the XP is great. Basilks/Cockatrice - Guthan heal on the Pyrefiends if you need to. Bloodvelds/Infernal Mages - Use dragonhide but switch to Guthans to heal. Banshees shouldn't be an issue but heal on Crawling Hands. Kursaks/Turoth - skip these. Think thats it. Basically just think what other monsters are nearby. If that fails prayer.

The runes are not fully random, truthscape has some interesting figures. However for the average person they are random. I would recommend having levels for all protection prayers, and also completing Lunar Diplomacy so you can use the Lunar teleport straight to the altar. I forget the "official" ZMI world (71 is ringing bells but don't quote me) but if you craft there you will get a lot of free teles to the Lunar Isle bank. That is the fastest way to craft there. You will make a profit, though it will not be big and you will have to invest lots of money into it first.

Barbarian is faster but Shilo is also quite fast and nearer a bank.

Briefly this is how I do it. Dharok - Slayer Dart - PRAY ALWAYS Karil - Melee - PRAY IF YOU CAN Ahrim - Melee with dragonhide on - PRAY IF POSS Verac - Slayer Dart - I never pray on him, he sometimes gets lucky but I have food. Torag - Slayer Dart Guthan - Slayer Dart Take a prayer pot just in case you get Dharok in tunnel. If Karil is in tunnel you may also want to pray as he can be a pain. Everyone else is easy in tunnel. I take 1 prayer pot and about 10 lobsters just in case. Usually I only need to eat 2 but sometime Verac will get lucky, or my prayer will run out for Karil and he will get a few hits in.

You see thats the sort of attitude that gets you muted. Jagex makes rules for a reason. If you break them then you suffer the consequences. End of. My advice is to suffer your punishment in silence, not pester Jagex or player mods to un-mute you and be a model Runescape citizen. Then after a month you can nicely ask Jagex to reconsider you muting. Say you are very sorry and realize the distress you could have caused to other users. Promise that in the future you will be well behaved. If you have to do community service in real life you cannot get round it. You do the crime, you do the time. I hope if they do un-mute you then you will have learnt from your mistakes.

Do you need to do Desert Treasure to complete RFD? I have quest cape and am sure I did RFD 100% before I completed DT. Maybe you only need to get to a certain stage (like the Visability ring for the shadow stuff)

Farm for quick herbs. Always use super compost. My advice is to only use ranarrs in one patch and bind a Ammy of Nature to it so they don't disease. The other 3 use the cheaper seeds, Toadflax is awesome as the seeds are about 1kea and each Toadflax sells for 1k. Even if one out of 3 diseases your still up. Harralanders also work, especially with infinite chocolate bars. Prayer pots have been mentioned but are hard to break even on.

You can always train slayer and Dharok certain tasks. Fire Giants and Black Demons are meant to be good.

Judging by the above posts the throw attack is if you protect from melee. So don't do this! It took 20 off per attack, and by the time I realised it was the prayer causing this I was dead.

This should solve your problem but will wipe all your saved passwords and cookies. Easiest way is to get a small program called "CCleaner" One of the default things to clear is Internet Cache and Java Cache. Just run this and it will clear all the c*rap (hence C Cleaner :)) from your PC, including the dodgy java files for Runescape. Then when you go to reload Runescape it will take a while as your system is re-downloading the files needed. My advice is to use Mozilla Firefox as your main browser. Then use Swiftswitch to access Runescape. Current version of SS is fully legal according to Jagex's rules, and uses Internet Explorer's data, not Mozillas. Therefore your files are less likely to be corrupted by other java files from general surfing.

Do some quests. Priest In Peril is a must and I would also suggest the one to unlock herblore.

Train with slayer, otherwise your combat stats will be all at 99 and you will still have to kill loads of monsters to get slayer up. Saves time and the drops are not bad.

With infinate stock they all cost the same, no matter how many you buy. You can only buy 50k at a time tho. I bought them from 70-99 and have gone with 200k. Used about 8k from 70-75. Can't be bothered to work out the maths for the rest. If I need more I will buy :)
