This isn't much of a "complete summoning guide", it's more like the quest guide and a bunch of names of familiars.

Red spiders drop charms.

Just like normal charms but for higher levels I would think.

Abbyssal walkers = 90% chance or so

Abbysal monsters (In the rcing abbys) drop abbysal charms and normal ones too.

This is pure guessing, but clues prolly will give them too.

Druids drop them (above quest start)

50 gp cost per spirit shard, plus secondary materials, to yield like a 20 experience for a level 3 pouch... 50gp at level 3 sounds like alot but imagine at 30-50...?
