  1. Well, I only buy things I NEED. I never spend extra on stuff simply to show off. I never buy trimmed or golden armor, or other treasure trail armor equivalent to a normal armor set. I'm not gonna spend twice or three times the price for the same benefits. I also only stick with blue mystic, since its cheapest.
  2. Technically, there WAS an npc with full drag. If you've done the quest, My Arm's Big Adventure, you'll see a cutscene toward the biginning. It shows a npc adventurer in Burntmeat the troll's cauldron, about to be roasted. On the floor is his shiny dragon armor. The adventurer tries to convince Burntmeat to let him go and in return Burntmeat can keep the armor. But Burntmeat, being the stupid troll he is, says he will not agree because he can't eat the chain. It's too hard for trolls to eat (idiot :wall: ) so he throws it away and cooks the adventurer alive. Technically, the adventurer DOES own dragon armor (but died shortly lol). But frankly, what's the point in an npc with drag armor? YOU can't wear it, so itys pretty pointless.
  3. I give myself a 7. I often use plz and cuz and u and other shorthand. I don't go overboard, but I do use it enough. And whats this thing about a grammer Nazi?
  4. There's one major Issue I see in this... AGE LIARS. Some people, particularly those under age 13, lie about their age in order to play the game. A recent rule was put that you must be 13 or over to play, unless your parents send a written permission. Some people didn't want to do that, so they lied. YES, I KNOW there is a such thing as crime and punishment. but comon, TAXING for PIXILS? Seriously, the IRS needs to get their nose out of places it doesnt belong. especially in games where kids are concerned. With the appropriate Christmas theme going along here, I'm saying the IRS is the nasty Grinch stealing christmas, the greedy ol' Scrooge...
  5. What I get annoyed with is that people think of combat level as a sign of maturity. Haven't we all done it? we're chatting and see a level 3 and all of a sudden stop with the wierd short-hand afraid that they don't understand it. If a lvl 3 talks smart and backsasses you for calling him a noob, people get shocked. They immediatly assume "oh this guy's got a main. he wouldn't DARE talk to me like that!" well buddy, he just did and he doesn't necessarily have a main. About the "product" insults, people have a problem with that. Ever heard of efficiency y'all? Things modernize. They get faster. Progress. Change. Evolve. Whatever you want to call it. You can't expect Jagex to stick to old-fashioned non-efficient training could you? Otherwise, let's go back to the dark ages! Its not fair that those people lived lives far inferior to ours, where there's no modern medicines and electricity and everybody believe crazy theories!!! Would you like it if we went back to those days? Then why should it be so in a game? Playing before PC and RS2 doesn't make you some kind of god who can tell players they are inexperienced. People think that way a bit too much.
  6. Just because people want 85, it doesn't necessarily mean they want a profit. I find slayer a fun skill to train. The common drops are pretty good. Yes, the drop rates are about 1 in 500, but then again, why do people go for the d chain from dust devils? the drop rate for those are 1 in 10,000! I doubt its even worth the time, unless you can kill dust devils super efficiently.
  7. Interesting tidbit there. Maybe itll work with other guilds as others have pointed out and wondered.
  8. Gryphon- Banned because its national ban-people-named-after-mythical-birds day.
  9. The best update? Gotta be Castlewars.
  10. Well, we'd have to divide this up. We obviously know the median- with all the various players, I'd say about lvl 70 is the median. For the record, median is the number in the exact middle of the data. so if numbers were 1, 2, 3, the median would be 2. The mode is obviously lvl 3. (FTR, mode is the number that occurs most in a sequence of numbers. if my numbers are 1, 1, 2, 3, ther mode would be 1). Its lvl 3 because of the constant new players joining, PLUS autoers and pure skillers and looters. That beats out all other lvls by a mile. Besides, most people who use macroes usually have several of em, not just 1. The mean (or average) is tough to decide. I'd think that with all thelevel 3s and the fewer 100+, the average/mean would be a bit lower than 70. I'd say the average would be around 50.
  11. Another problem- people will set prices way too high. I'm betting once the item becoems rare, WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK it will be worth several hundred million. Nobody knowsa about how the economy works. all they care about is how THEY'LL benefit. Prices would never go so high to several million in a week.
  12. 5/10 I don't like rainbows. And you even admitted in your sig that it was made by someone else.
  13. Wow your a cruel master... I can imagine how you'd be as a pet owner...
  14. He has a point. Though it would be VERY Helpful, wouldn't you think its a bit.. well... EXPENSIVE? I doubt people have that much cash they're willing to risk.
  15. Go to burthrope. Enter the bar. go down the trapdoor. you'll see a fireplace and a guy named emerald benedict. He's the banker, and the fireplace is your cooking location. To get to Burthrope: either walk directly north from taverly past the heroes guild untill you see the bar, Or you can use a games necklace to teleport. You'll wind up in Burthrope games room. go up the stairs untill you hit the main floor. go across from the caste and enter the bar.
  16. Well, rogues den has a permanent fireplace right next to Emerald Benedict, the Banker. It is by far the fastest way to cook. However, fires have a higher burning rate than ranges, so you'd be sacrificing quality for efficiency. A high cooking lvl would be advised, along with cooking gauntlets from Family Crest quest.
  17. 50+ sounds good. I did it at 52. My bro did it at 19 but had a VERY hard time doing so. No matter what lvl you are, you WILL be frustrated by the quest.
  18. Underground pass is harder. Legends is just long.
  19. attack. you should really divide the poll into "combat-related": and "noncombat" because obviously most people will have their combat skills highest, unless they're skill pures.
  20. 5/10. I can always rememeber you by your repulsive avatar. Not sure if thats a good thing :?
  21. 3/10 I love verac, and no offence, but I don't find any creativity in a verac helm.
  22. I don't think its possible to get 2 puzzle boxes in 1 clue. its also not possible to get mind runes in a lv 3, unless maybe it comes with a better reward. and if you want to post your worst clue reward, use the sticky.
  23. Your right. "Thats hot!" *Paris Hilton files lawsuit for 5 million for trademarked phrase*
  24. Holy... what the... oh my..... *faints* TAKING THE WII OFF THE MARKET???? WHAT HAVE THEY BEEN SMOKING???? :-X Ok if the patent weas really copied by nintendo thats fine, Nintendo, pay off the debts and continue selling the Wii's. Just please, DON'T STOP!!!!!!!!!! I LIKE THE WII!!!!!! I've been a nintendo fan since I was 6 years old. I never thought Nintendo would be brought down like this. :boohoo:  I swear If Nintendo's Wii's get taken away I'm gonna murder someone ( ) or just fly up to the company and STRANGLE THEM ALL  .
