For every alcher, there is someone recharging their crystal bow, repairing their barrows armor, buying mind runes in bulk from aubury, paying Sanbioch 875gp to get into Brimhaven dungeon \ , etc. etc. etc. That's money disappearing from the game. Correct, the ballance is between injections and leakages. The injections are things like alching, pickpocketing and the leakages (often called "money skings") are anything related to construction, and the shops. Many argue that the massive injections are off-setting the ballance.

Using the "npc contact" in lunar magiks can speed up those slayer tasks, as you can directly talk to the slayer masters (except for Chaeder, the lvl 70 one, as fairy rings are everywhere but this helps for the others a lot). The only downside is that you can't use your normal teleports, but that's ok, just get a full portal'd house and use house tele tablets to get full axcess.

Good equipment isn't a given, that costs money. From that point money does help for slayer. Furthermore, using lunar magiks + full portal'd house will cost money. I don't see how the money used to get the equipment doesn't count, it's a cost like anything else.

Agreed x 3 less than 1000 people at 99 = hard skill pretty much (unless the skill is brand new) on the other hand, less people achieved is not always harder skill. It's one of the factors, and an important one but not the only one. It does, however, give a pretty good idea slayer requires a lot more activity, I agree there too

Shilo village was the first quest I did when I became a member I defeated those 3 monsters in full rune, using a rune pickaxe and lobs to recover at about 52 combat. At your lvl with your food, you could probably take on an army of them

Correct. Noob is an attitude, not a lvl. That would be newbie. You're no longer a newbie when you understand how the game works
